Hello, my Zoho mail account has been blcoked for IMAP. When I try to connect with Postbox I get an error message: "Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen when you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections..." Ihave been testing various different email clients and guess that is the reason . When I search for "facebook" in Sender (whether using basic or advanced search) it finds most, but not all of the messages. Here is the From: header from 2 emails it does NOT find: From : Facebook <notification+xNNNNNN@facebookmail.com> From : Facebook <update+xNNNNNN@facebookmail.com> Note that it finds most other emails with this exact From header. Cannot login to IMAP all of a sudden
This morning in Australia my Android and MacOS email clients can no longer login to IMAP. It's asking for a password. This has not happened before. Is there a technical issue? I can still login from the web browser though.Thunderbird no longer receiving emails
Since 8.15 am yesterday. Three machines all running Thunderbird. Three different ISP's. Emails in inbox are no longer downloading (sporadically they do then stop again). Since yesterday (at least that's when I first noticed it) my IMAP clients on my MacBook and iPhone aren't syncing properly with Zoho. Looking on webmail I see messages from today that are just not appearing in my mail client on my devices. It just seemsWhy is Zoho support so bad?
We all noticed the IMAP failure last week (see previous threads) We all discussed it on this community site and yet no-one from Zoho support seemed to notice. All of their "status" pages showed nothing wrong (I guess they are fixed to show green/working?)
