Hello everyone, I am new to Zoho. I am trying it out and I like what Zoho has to provide. So I added some people in my contacts, but when I e-mail to them all their addresses appear when they all receive an e-mail from me. Is there a way to make a name like "Team" and that all the e-mails are all contained within that name? We are consistently having problems sending to navy.mil addresses. Your troubleshooting page reports "Host not found." I've checked their MX records, and all of them are up and answering. I'm able to send email to navy.mil address from GMail, and I even telnetted a session just now to see the complete conversation. Only Zoho can't seem to deliver to navy.mil. I've just switched to Zoho, and so far I'm impressed. I do seem to be having one issue though. I use QuickBooks and with my previous email provider I had the "Send Form" preferences set up with their smtp details in order to email invoices from within QuickBooks. It's not that tricky, there's just an account name (email address), server name, port number and check box for SSL. Cannot login to IMAP all of a sudden
This morning in Australia my Android and MacOS email clients can no longer login to IMAP. It's asking for a password. This has not happened before. Is there a technical issue? I can still login from the web browser though.Thunderbird no longer receiving emails
Since 8.15 am yesterday. Three machines all running Thunderbird. Three different ISP's. Emails in inbox are no longer downloading (sporadically they do then stop again). I can send but messages do not appear in the sent folder. Webmail working OK. AndroidEmail fetching/downloading from IMAP Problem.
Ive been trying to fix a fetching problem with my IMAP on Zoho Mail in a month now. I cannot manage it to sync eventhough everything says succesful, Then i deleted IMAP and added again. But now my Folders does not even show up. I have no idea. ThanksIMAP not syncing
Since yesterday (at least that's when I first noticed it) my IMAP clients on my MacBook and iPhone aren't syncing properly with Zoho. Looking on webmail I see messages from today that are just not appearing in my mail client on my devices. It just seemsWhy is Zoho support so bad?
We all noticed the IMAP failure last week (see previous threads) We all discussed it on this community site and yet no-one from Zoho support seemed to notice. All of their "status" pages showed nothing wrong (I guess they are fixed to show green/working?)
