MKT Hub Journey: Filter by "Clicked on email"
I can´t find any solution for sending threw leads that clicked on a certain email. I can only find the option of skipping leads who clicked, but nothing for skipping the ones that didn´t clicked.MH Reminder Loop doesn't notice reponses
I've setup MH Journeys with reminder loops to track responses. Both the first email and the reminder let the user download an attachment they've requested. Here's the problem: MH doesn't notice if the user clicks on the link in the reminder email to download the attachment (screen-287). I have think of two possible reasons for this: it doesn't wait long enough to see whether the user clicks the link. The link reference in the reminder email is not the same as the link reference in the first email.Can webinars affect a lead score in MH?
When somebody registers for or attends a webinar, I would like to increase their lead score in MH. I can see that Meetings is integrated with MH in the sense that I can see webinars from Meetings in MH, but is that the extent of the integration? I can't find any way for an automation to respond to webinar activities: There isn't a Journey trigger for webinar registrations or attendance. Workflows only trigger on action in a mailing list and registering for a webinar doesn't add a contact to a mailingMH won't let me upload DOCX and XLSX files (or even DOCs) to my Library
Although they're meant to be supported, MH won't let me upload DOCX, XLSX or even DOC files to my Library as Attachments. I can see that a message starting "Ooops" appears on screen but it flashes away too quick to read. I've also tried uploading the files while I'm creating an email in a Journey but they won't uplaod there either. I've tried Chrome and Edge. Same result. I've attached the files. The Attachment button has disappeared from my interface when I try to edit email templates (screen-152). I'm sure it used to be there - I have created emails with image attachments so it must have been. And the help system suggests it should be there too (screen-153). How do I get it back? It's pretty essential.Should I expect the delays I specify in an MH Journey to work punctually?
I've set a one hour delay in a Journey. I can see that a contact entered the Journey at 1001 (screen-119) but, that screenshot also shows, it's now 1120. The 1-hour delay has long since passed and the second step of the Journey hasn;t been executed. I'm wondering if this is just slow or whether there's a different problem.Is it possible to setup a website event for when a user clicks on a video on a webpage?
Because watching a video is a relativley 'high-value' action, I want to setup a goal to track it. I can see that I can either setup goals by selecting the element on the page or by using Javascript. MH doesn't recognise the video as an element that can trigger the event so that doesn't work. I've got the Javascript code {zcAction('Three Step Bounce Model video')} but it says to put this in the 'on button click' action but the video doesn't have an 'on button click' action. So I'm wondering if thisMH Journey's "Push To CRM" - does it require a Custom Module in CRM?
Hi One of my Journeys has a step to Push data to CRM. On looking at the report, it says it Ignored this step. I have seen a comment in another message that Push to CRM only works to a Custom Module in CRM. Can somebody confirm this is correct? If so, I'll look into creating a custom module. I've setup a sync service between CRM and MH. CRM has a standard field in the Leads module for tags (screen-116). MH also has a field for Lead Tags (screen-117). When I setup custom field mappings, I can access the Tag field from CRM Leads but the configuration process doesn't show the MH Lead Tags field. I created a custom field called Tags and, predictably enough, the sync process added CRM's Lead Tags into this field rather than MH's proper Lead Tags field (screen-118). I have a group of leads in a module in Zoho CRM. One of the fields in that module is a date and time e.g. 25/8/2020 17:30. This date & time represents when they will be leaving my attraction. Is there a way to use this date and time to trigger an SMS to them at this time (or maybe with a one hour delay?) I can work out how to get the module to sync with zoho marketinghub, but not a way to send an SMS message based on the date and time in each lead (they are all different). Any ideas? I just spent an hour creating a nice looking pop up form using the built-in designer. As soon as I hit "Save and Proceed" it destroyed all the formatting changes I made. Is completely unusable. Is there something I am missing here? Do I have to use one of the built-in templates and not make any changes to them? However, with SPA (single page applications) such as Angular, React & Vue, there is only one DOM ready event that fires, and subsequent page views are all virtual. Hi all First things first; I have opened up two support requests today, with the problem below, but now I do not have any open (or closed/on hold, for that matter) requests when I acces My Area. Opened 1 ticket and got no reply, so figured I would log in and check and could not find a ticket. I created a flow that sends data into Zoho Marketing Hub. During test, the flow works fine. But during live execution, the flow fails. We started our trying to use Campaigns, but Flow can't update tags inside Campaigns, so we've tried to switch to MarketingHub, only to find that there's no "Wait Condition" like in Campaigns, we can't setup our "New Customer" journey - as we need to wait at certain points for "up to 2 days" for a tag to update. Greetings, We've noticed that when you add the url of a live form, on the selection pane (where you select/click a the form), the iframe fails to load. When we try shortening the url to a certain length, the iframe loads just fine. This is fine for most cases, but for SEO, we need to have the url/permalink of the page to be a certain length, to accomodate for the keywords on the link. Ok, what I am doing is a bit "complicated" but it is the best solution so far for what I want to achieve. I use Wordpress and Elementor Form for a Ebook Download lead capturing page. I wanted to use Marketing Hub Sign Up form for that, but it did not work because: - The form purpose is just for signing up, not for actions like downloading an ebook. - The form will necessarily send a sign up email - Not sure if the journey will trigger and send the ebook if the lead does not confirm the sign up WhatWhat Wordpress plugins do you use for content locking and other enhancements? Hello, I am able to see visitiors from different sources on my WebAssistant Dashboard, but I want to track leads from different sources such as Facebook, etc. When I choose "Led Gen" -> "Touchpoints" I can see the visitors but all my leads are being marked like direct source regardless from were they come from. Hi guys I have now several times tried adding support requests for problems we've been having, with various departments. The support ticket is sent, we get a confirmation screen and a request ID, but no replies from suppprt and the submitted requests does not show up in My Area. Hi, I am trying to promote some ebooks in an email signature campaign. The first problem I have is I paste a URL and I continually get an error.
