How to track single page application web apps
The MarketingHub code for Websites and Web Apps seems to send page views to MH upon DOM ready. However, with SPA (single page applications) such as Angular, React & Vue, there is only one DOM ready event that fires, and subsequent page views are all virtual. What code can be used to trigger a new page view to MH? And, is there a way to control what the page title/document title value sent over is?Problems with CRM sync + contacting support
Hi all First things first; I have opened up two support requests today, with the problem below, but now I do not have any open (or closed/on hold, for that matter) requests when I acces My Area. Opened 1 ticket and got no reply, so figured I would log in and check and could not find a ticket. Opened up a new one, took a screenshot of the confirmation screen, but when I went to My Rea, this was also gone! Any ideas? I created a flow that sends data into Zoho Marketing Hub. During test, the flow works fine. But during live execution, the flow fails. The error message is: Zoho MarketingHub says "Fehler beim Abonnement. Bitte warten Sie etwas ab, versuchen Sie es dann noch einmal." (Error with your subscription. We started our trying to use Campaigns, but Flow can't update tags inside Campaigns, so we've tried to switch to MarketingHub, only to find that there's no "Wait Condition" like in Campaigns, we can't setup our "New Customer" journey - as we need to wait at certain points for "up to 2 days" for a tag to update. Hello guys, I'm creating this topic to try to find out how can I use Account's module's data as criteria to known visitors in my smart popups at Marketing hub. I love to be able to trigger a Journey via Webhook, but I would love to be able to provide custom parameters to the beginning of the journey. Lets say I have a Journey for the case a customer purchases a product. This journey includes some introduction emails, an onboarding guide, a set of tipps and tricks and request for product review email. Greetings, We've noticed that when you add the url of a live form, on the selection pane (where you select/click a the form), the iframe fails to load. When we try shortening the url to a certain length, the iframe loads just fine. This is fine for most cases, but for SEO, we need to have the url/permalink of the page to be a certain length, to accomodate for the keywords on the link. Is it possible to increase the max length of the url used by the iframe? 255 characters should be sufficient forPage Posts and Social Posts

We use Zoho Social to re-post industry specific articles and another software service that pulls our new blog posts into their service from our blog and creates about 10 posts over say 12 months (or how ever long you want) with custom graphics and text bubble quotes pulled from the post. Ok, what I am doing is a bit "complicated" but it is the best solution so far for what I want to achieve. I use Wordpress and Elementor Form for a Ebook Download lead capturing page. I wanted to use Marketing Hub Sign Up form for that, but it did not work because: - The form purpose is just for signing up, not for actions like downloading an ebook. - The form will necessarily send a sign up email - Not sure if the journey will trigger and send the ebook if the lead does not confirm the sign up WhatWhat Wordpress plugins do you use for content locking and other enhancements? Hello, I am able to see visitiors from different sources on my WebAssistant Dashboard, but I want to track leads from different sources such as Facebook, etc. When I choose "Led Gen" -> "Touchpoints" I can see the visitors but all my leads are being marked like direct source regardless from were they come from. I have made some test leads coming to my website through a Facebook post, I see the test leads (under Leads Tab), and when I go to Touchpoint reports, I just see the visitors from Facebook,Why Can I Not Integrate Marketing Hub with Zoho CRM in my ZohoONE Account
I have ticket open at the moment because the Zoho One system is saying I cannot connect Marketing Hub with Zoho CRM because I am already configured to Campaigns but I am waiting to hear what can be done - I have verifed my domain in Marketing Hub but Campaigns is saying it cannot verify because its already verified with another Zoho App. I am confused about the difference of Marketing Hub App and Campaigns App as they are both included in ZohoONE but they don't talk to each other from what I see.Email Signature Integrated with CRM info

We are a Zoho partner selling a lot of Zoho One subscriptions. We tee up a lot of products but mainly Marketing Hub, Campaigns and CRM. Each of our clients have different needs. Many have larger lists that we need to use Hub to segment behaviorally and nurture through drip campaigns. Here's the problem: A. You are not clear anywhere about these add-on costs. Hi guys I have now several times tried adding support requests for problems we've been having, with various departments. The support ticket is sent, we get a confirmation screen and a request ID, but no replies from suppprt and the submitted requests does not show up in My Area. Hi, I am trying to promote some ebooks in an email signature campaign. The first problem I have is I paste a URL and I continually get an error. I have been able to get them to work if I manually type the URL, but it seems I should be able to paste a URL as it if faster and less prone to errores. Right now, my account (marketing lead) is the only account available in the "CRM Account" pull-down for setting up "push to CRM" in both the automation setup for forms, and in CRM actions in journeys. How can I add more accounts... specifically sales. Because now, when I push a lead to the CRM, I'm assigned as the owner. We should be able to pick the CRM account of someone in sales when pushing leads... so that they are the lead owner.CRM Field Mapping Template?
Every time I add a new form, I have to go through the long process of mapping every field in the same way I did for every other form, when setting up a push to CRM. Even obvious fields with the same name between form data and CRM fields aren't automatically mapped -- with is irritating. One of our companie's websites has mistakenly be created as a web app (under MarketingHub's Web Assistant menu). I've tried deleting it and creating a website with the same domain, but the app will only allow me to restore the web app and not create something new. First, can I make this change and if so, how? Hello, I think there is a bug with Marketing Hub Sync right now. I am trying to sync all of my contacts associated with an active account and when I go to map fields, it is pulling in fields from the Deals module instead. I have the criteria clearly checked as Contacts and Accounts... It's been doing this for over two weeks now with no change. I'm see the analytics in the Marketing Hub's Web assistant to be way off from what's being reported in Google Analytics. Is anyone else seeing this? For example. Yesterday (Dec 1, 2019) Google Analytics reported 54 visitors from Facebook. Web assistant shows zero from Facebook. This disparity exists for almost all referring sources, every day. Hi MarketingHub users, I ask the question because the MarketingHub promotional video shows how I will be able to make better spend decisions based on the data collected with Touchpoints, but I find this feature just does not work. I installed the ZMHUB Wordpress plugin and added lead gen forms into my pages using the short code. The code is still correct and the forms still appear in Marketing Hub but the forms no longer appear on my website. They had been working just fine. I removed the shortcode, updated, re-added the shortcode and updated again. The forms still do not appear.
