How to remove an Account from Zoho MH that should be connected with organization?

I have a group of leads in a module in Zoho CRM. One of the fields in that module is a date and time e.g. 25/8/2020 17:30. This date & time represents when they will be leaving my attraction. Is there a way to use this date and time to trigger an SMS to them at this time (or maybe with a one hour delay?) I can work out how to get the module to sync with zoho marketinghub, but not a way to send an SMS message based on the date and time in each lead (they are all different). Any ideas? I just spent an hour creating a nice looking pop up form using the built-in designer. As soon as I hit "Save and Proceed" it destroyed all the formatting changes I made. Is completely unusable. Is there something I am missing here? Do I have to use one of the built-in templates and not make any changes to them? Hi all First things first; I have opened up two support requests today, with the problem below, but now I do not have any open (or closed/on hold, for that matter) requests when I acces My Area. Opened 1 ticket and got no reply, so figured I would log in and check and could not find a ticket. I created a flow that sends data into Zoho Marketing Hub. During test, the flow works fine. But during live execution, the flow fails. We started our trying to use Campaigns, but Flow can't update tags inside Campaigns, so we've tried to switch to MarketingHub, only to find that there's no "Wait Condition" like in Campaigns, we can't setup our "New Customer" journey - as we need to wait at certain points for "up to 2 days" for a tag to update. Greetings, We've noticed that when you add the url of a live form, on the selection pane (where you select/click a the form), the iframe fails to load. When we try shortening the url to a certain length, the iframe loads just fine. This is fine for most cases, but for SEO, we need to have the url/permalink of the page to be a certain length, to accomodate for the keywords on the link. Ok, what I am doing is a bit "complicated" but it is the best solution so far for what I want to achieve. I use Wordpress and Elementor Form for a Ebook Download lead capturing page. I wanted to use Marketing Hub Sign Up form for that, but it did not work because: - The form purpose is just for signing up, not for actions like downloading an ebook. - The form will necessarily send a sign up email - Not sure if the journey will trigger and send the ebook if the lead does not confirm the sign up WhatWhat Wordpress plugins do you use for content locking and other enhancements? Hello, I am able to see visitiors from different sources on my WebAssistant Dashboard, but I want to track leads from different sources such as Facebook, etc. When I choose "Led Gen" -> "Touchpoints" I can see the visitors but all my leads are being marked like direct source regardless from were they come from. Hi guys I have now several times tried adding support requests for problems we've been having, with various departments. The support ticket is sent, we get a confirmation screen and a request ID, but no replies from suppprt and the submitted requests does not show up in My Area. Hi, I am trying to promote some ebooks in an email signature campaign. The first problem I have is I paste a URL and I continually get an error. Right now, my account (marketing lead) is the only account available in the "CRM Account" pull-down for setting up "push to CRM" in both the automation setup for forms, and in CRM actions in journeys. How can I add more accounts... specifically sales. Because now, when I push a lead to the CRM, I'm assigned as the owner. We should be able to pick the CRM account of someone in sales when pushing leads... so that they are the lead owner.CRM Field Mapping Template?
Every time I add a new form, I have to go through the long process of mapping every field in the same way I did for every other form, when setting up a push to CRM. Even obvious fields with the same name between form data and CRM fields aren't automatically mapped -- with is irritating. Hello, I think there is a bug with Marketing Hub Sync right now. I am trying to sync all of my contacts associated with an active account and when I go to map fields, it is pulling in fields from the Deals module instead. I have the criteria clearly checked as Contacts and Accounts... It's been doing this for over two weeks now with no change.
