Tracking Downloaded documentation on our website by a contact to execute adapted journey
Hello, Is it possible to track all documentation downloaded on our website for each visitor as it is possible to see visited pages and How it can be implemented? If yes, is it then possible to use this information in order to automatically send a specific content (ex a sales brochure) which has not been already downloaded by the person? For instance if we know that Mr John has downloaded the documents A, B and C, then Marketing Hub will identify this list and select the email template for the documentHas anyone had luck associating a live form with a Squarespace form?
I'm starting to learn and implement marketing hub as it's now been out for a while and seems like a nice Zoho application. Has anyone been able to inject the web assistant code into a Squarespace website and associate a live form for their stock forms? For now, I created a Zoho from and embedded the JS code, but I would prefer to use their forms as they look better and fonts, colors, style already match the rest of the site.Best use of PRODUCTS feature for an events business

Hello there, I am testing marketing hub right now and currently I use Mautic / Hubspot for some business / personal marketing flows I have. I would like to use marketing hub for an onboarding process, sending the user email and other custom fields via API. Curently, the only endpoint I found would be "Subscribe". But Since this is for transactional in-app onboarding, I believe having to accept the confirmation email wouldn't be ideal. Any ideas on how to achieve that?MH Segmentation Best Practices

Dear Sir or Madam, We start using your platform and faced a few issues: 1) If we update a field with an API it is not triggering updates in journeys 2) According to your documentation, we need "trigger_key" to trigger the journey with API, but when we get the info about journeys there is no trigger_key field - only Journey_key and with it it doesn't work. 3) Journey through your system couldn't go for one lead more than 1 time. Hello Community, I'm a new Zoho One user and just set up MaerketingHub. I have three questions / problems. When I launch MarketingHub it still prompts me to clone my lists from Zoho Campaign even though I've already done this and deleted the original list (is was empty and not yet configured completely). I need to be able to add buttons to my emails fore the reader to choose what to do next. Hi there, Unfortunately the live form on our website doesn't work with "pull from external form" feature in marketing hub. Probably that's because the form uses some JavaScript to submit. Somehow with HubSpot we're successfully pulling leads from that form. It's about the form at the bottom of our home page: https://businessartservice.nl/ (.newsletter-form). I am building my first journey and want to create a CRM task within the flow. I found the object to create the task but when trying to assign the task to an owner, none of the the account owners appear. I confirmed that MH is connected to CRM and it lists the names of the authorized people but no people appear in the account owner pull down menu within the CRM task creation module in Journeys. Hi MH gurus, I just discovered a serious bug with regards to how bounces are handled in MH - at least with 'reminder' actions. When a bounce is detected on a lead in a journey, the journey continues to email to that bounced address, which results in yet more bounced. For example, I have a journey with opening email (let's called it Email1) that sends out an email to 300 people and gets 13 hard bounces. I propose TAG SCORING. This way we can increase and decrease the SCORE attributed to specific TAGS. For example, if a lead is often clicking through a particular interest, for which we have assigned a particular tag, over time, we can then see that out of all the "interests" we've tagged them for clicking through, they are scored the highest amount of interest for one particular tag. Let it be know I am a HUGE fan of MH. :) When you are configuring a journey to send out an email you have to pick a time you would like to send it out. This works great if ALL your customers are in the same timezone. It would be very helpful if you could align with the timezone of your user. Meaning if you want to send an email at 8:00PM this would would vary depending on the timezone of your customer. I believe this function already exists within email campaigns. It would be ideal to see ifJOURNEYS: Is there a WAIT or DELAY block we can drop in?
