SMS Journeys hanging in Zoho MarketingHub
I've created a couple of SMS journeys which are set to trigger when a new lead is added to a list. For some reason after a while the journey just hangs, and new additions just hang in under process. Good day, I contacted Zoho Support to enable the toggle switch for opt in/double opt in. They did so graciously without any headache, but it was the time it took me to understand and look for this button and dig through forums to find out how to do this. Not 100% sure why it is a support function, but if it is to remain so I would suggest adding the toggle switch and then put a little * next to the toggle switch that says "Please contact support to enable this function.". Saying that, if supportFormStack Integration Is Listed But Not Available?
I'm trying to set a new client up on MarketingHub, and they're very interested in FormStack. I've seen for a while that MarketingHub advertises an integration with FormStack, so I said "Yes, we should be able to integrate those two!". I go to integrate them, and I see the attached image. FormStack integration "Coming Soon". I know that I can use the external form parser/integrate with CRM and then push to MarketingHub, so I'm not totally out of luck. I'm just confused about whether this integrationCan you add merge info into CRM tasks in MH?
Hi there, Just using the journey within MH and using CRM tasks for the first time. Doesn't seem to be a way of adding the lead information that flows through MH into the task. Am I missing something? Hey MH Community - I am migrating marketing tools from Hubspot to Zoho MarketingHub. Is there a way to import email subscription preferences from Hubspot (or any tool)? For example, a user unsubscribed from marketing emails, but still wants product updates. Is there a way to preserve those preferences in Zoho MarketingHub via import from CSV? Greetings! We've recently implemented Zoho Markethub into one of our websites and we've been loving it so far. We're having some problems with native forms and making it work with Market Hub, we can associate the forms but whenever we click submit (on our case, "register"). it displays an error on the console(See attached image). Most of our forms are authenticated through javascript and we were wondering if that's the reason why we're getting this error. Greetings, I've recently found out that Marketing Hub uses generic names like "slideInLeft" or "bounce" in their animation css: https://mh.zoho.com/hub/css/animate.css This might be ok for static websites, but some websites (Let say a wordpress site using a theme + plugins) may use the same names, thus causing conflicts. It would be great if the devs could add a prefix to these names, maybe "MHslideInleft" or something along those lines. it'd also be great if the static files are minified.Alias domain box characters limited

Hello, In Marketing Automation, can we link a goal to a set ov events with a regexp name rather than selecting in a list? I would like to create events on my website based on content download and provide a name to the event based on the download target. In order to apply the same goal to each doc downloaded, I will otherwise need to create multiple goals with each event (cannot edit a goal by the way). Has anyone been able to inject the web assistant code into a Squarespace website and associate a live form for their stock forms? Hello there, I am testing marketing hub right now and currently I use Mautic / Hubspot for some business / personal marketing flows I have. I would like to use marketing hub for an onboarding process, sending the user email and other custom fields via API. Curently, the only endpoint I found would be "Subscribe". But Since this is for transactional in-app onboarding, I believe having to accept the confirmation email wouldn't be ideal. Any ideas on how to achieve that?MH Segmentation Best Practices

Dear Sir or Madam, We start using your platform and faced a few issues: 1) If we update a field with an API it is not triggering updates in journeys 2) According to your documentation, we need "trigger_key" to trigger the journey with API, but when we get the info about journeys there is no trigger_key field - only Journey_key and with it it doesn't work. 3) Journey through your system couldn't go for one lead more than 1 time.
