Hey again Sorry for all the questions today. How do you remove a lead from a journey when they have been converted to a customer or deal? I don't see any settings in the eject criteria. Thank you in advance.

How to update leads' custom field via the API?

Adding leads manually (from client side)
Hi there, Unfortunately the live form on our website doesn't work with "pull from external form" feature in marketing hub. Probably that's because the form uses some JavaScript to submit. Somehow with HubSpot we're successfully pulling leads from that form. It's about the form at the bottom of our home page: https://businessartservice.nl/ (.newsletter-form). Unfortunately I'm not able to push them from the server side manually. Is it possible to push leads manually to Marketing Hub using JavaScript?

Cannot edit cookie policy banner
Hi there, I want to add the cookie policy banner to my website, however the banner appears at the bottom of the page behind the SalesIQ chat widget. I wanted to move the cookie policy banner to the top of the page so I clicked the Edit button but I get a page that says I do not have permission. I am an admin and created the account through Zoho One. Thanks Craig
Editing Ability - How do I edit a Goal (or Lead Scoring) after it has been created?
eg. I have a goal and now I want to add an action to it. How can I edit it? I cannot see any option to doso (even if I pause it). Same with lead scoring - I cannot see any option to edit.
Library - NO IMAGE PREVIEW
So annoying, some folders are not showing the thumbnails/Preview of the images inside the folder. Specially when created the form and trying to change the background image there is no preview of the images within the folder.

Account owners do not populate in CRM task object in journey
I am building my first journey and want to create a CRM task within the flow. I found the object to create the task but when trying to assign the task to an owner, none of the the account owners appear. I confirmed that MH is connected to CRM and it lists the names of the authorized people but no people appear in the account owner pull down menu within the CRM task creation module in Journeys. Serious bug with bounces
Hi MH gurus, I just discovered a serious bug with regards to how bounces are handled in MH - at least with 'reminder' actions. When a bounce is detected on a lead in a journey, the journey continues to email to that bounced address, which results in yet more bounced. For example, I have a journey with opening email (let's called it Email1) that sends out an email to 300 people and gets 13 hard bounces. The journey then has a 'reminder' action which is activated for people do not open the message

I propose TAG SCORING. This way we can increase and decrease the SCORE attributed to specific TAGS. For example, if a lead is often clicking through a particular interest, for which we have assigned a particular tag, over time, we can then see that out of all the "interests" we've tagged them for clicking through, they are scored the highest amount of interest for one particular tag. Match End User Timezones on Emails
Let it be know I am a HUGE fan of MH. :) When you are configuring a journey to send out an email you have to pick a time you would like to send it out. This works great if ALL your customers are in the same timezone. It would be very helpful if you could align with the timezone of your user. Meaning if you want to send an email at 8:00PM this would would vary depending on the timezone of your customer. I believe this function already exists within email campaigns. I am using Zoho Campaigns for our auto responders. Ideally what I would like to do with MH is to use the smart pop-up feature for lead capture and dump the lead into an autoresponder. Move to Journey Unknown Error
When my journey reaches the process step of "Move to Journey" it is stopped and an "Unknown Error" is displaying. I first thought that maybe editing the active journey with the open trigger may be the issue but I still get the error. I have created additional test journey's and get the same error every time. Hi MarketingHub users, I would like to know if anyone has leads showing up in their lead touchpoints. I have not had not one lead show up on mine, even though, I am receiving new leads through MarketingHub webforms. I have reported the problem to support but after several weeks this feature is still not working. It would be nice to know if I am the only one or if this is a widespread problem. Zoho CRM Deal status in Marketing Hub sync
In Zoho Campaigns I was able to sync information from my Deals in Zoho CRM which allowed me to engage with people in different stages of the sales cycle. I was able to sync Deal information from CRM into custom fields in Campaigns. From what I can tell, this is not possible with Marketing Hub. The only workaround would be to create a separate view in CRM for each deal stage and set up a separate list for each stage. Has anyone else run into this limitation?
Has anybody got Journeys to work?
I have set up a very simple Journey, it literally just sends an email to a lead if he or she hits a certain page on my website and fills in a smart pop up form. It doesnt work! I have tried other variations, equally simple but still I couldnt get it to work, Has anybody actually used Journeys and if so what are you using it for? Regards, Elisabeth

Open Rate Decreased after moving from Mail Chimp to Marketing Hub
Hi, My company recently switched from MailChimp to Marketing Hub by Zoho. We noticed that our open rate dropped from an average of around 25% to around 15% on the first few campaigns sent from Marketing Hub. Can anyone provide insight on why this may have happened? Thank you

Incorrect us of donut graphics for message delivery reporting
Hi MH devs. Just some feedback. In the Journey Reports - > Message-Based reporting there is a donut graph that shows all of the following: Sent, Delivered, Bounced, Opened, Clicked and Unsubscribed. These numbers should NOT be combined as a donut graphic, as the pictorial representation is incorrect. For example, Sent is made up of Delivered, Bounced, but NOT Opened (which is a subset of delivered). Likewise clicked and unsubscribed is a sub-set of opened. This is a not a major deal breaker, but

Journey from Syn'ed source not sending emails
Hi. Hi have a HM list that is synced from ZohoCRM based on a CRM view. The sync works perfectly. When the first batch of 50 people were sync'ed to the list, MH dutifully emailed them the first email in the sequence. However, when an addition 200 people were sych'ed to the list the next day, these folks did NOT get the first email in the journey. I have investigate and looked at the reporting from several angles, and it seems that anyone sych'ed to the list is not starting the journey... or something

Hey Zoho MH gurus. I am still a little confused by the ZohoOne MH pricing. I read on a Zoho facebook group that email out of MH require an additional cost. I've been told that we have the following limits to MH for ZohoOne users... Max leads = 500 + (number of users x 500). What is not stated is the maximum number of emails MH can set out. How to Identify Website Visitors
I was just wondering what are the various ways that I can identify visitors coming onto our website. I know with SalesIQ - this can be done by using a ZOHO campaigns URL and also is done when a user completes a form. However, will these information (i.e. those already identified) sync through to ZOHO marketing hub? And are there any other additional ways I can identify visitors. As obviously, to prepare a good marketing automation - the system will need to know who to send emails to etc.
