Webinar: Number of registrations
I have a suscription for webinars up to 25 participants. I now have 34 registrations. Why hasn't Zoho refused to register from the 26th participant? Did I miss a setting?Show speaker in full screen
It would be great if Zoho Meeting had an option to show the person currently talking in a bigger window, ie, full screen.. This works on the iPad version for Zoho Meeting, where I can see a full screen if whoever currently speaks. But in Zoho Meeting‘s desktop version I can only see all participants in a same size window. If there are a lot of participants than the windows get really small. Please update Zoho Meeting to show the speaker in a bigger window. ThanksRecording not showing
Dear Concerns, I am a regular customer of ZOHO Webinar platform and doing recording for every webinar and successfully saved everything everytime. For today I have started my recording and stopped even but not getting recording link in my section. Rest of the recording I can see but not for today's session. Hi does anyone have a solution where I can allow any user to start a meeting from a common (boardroom computer) without having to log into ZMeeting everytime? I know they can join a meeting, however, if the presenter is in the room, they have no way to start the meeting without either their laptop or logging in. How have you solved this issue? Is there a reason that when someone calls into Zoho Meeting from their phone and enters their phone number and pin that they get a "welcome" message but then they just enter a conference line with no on-hold music? How do I get the phone conference information to be available for my meeting participants? When they enter a meeting, they are only provided the option to call in from the computer. As the presenter, I have a phone call options - I'd like that to be available to all participants. Also, when using voip - is there an option to disable the computer's video? Currently the Share button in Recordings just gives a link. We should be able to easily share with team members. Hi, I asked this a while back during one of the new UI Meeting webinars but thought I'd ask if there was any further progress. Google Meet and Skype is about the only thing I use these days outside of the Zoho stuff, for video conferencing. While Zoho Meeting is great for presenting something, it needs full-screen video for a proper video (only) meetings really I feel. The iOS app would, in theory, do this but it seems to stretch the image in landscape thus ruling that out when using with someZoho meeting Windows 10 desktop app cannot login using Google
I reported this months ago...I just downloaded the Zoho Meeting desktop app for Windows, and the old OAuth method disallows the Windows 10 app from working...making the desktop app unusable if you login via Google. When screen sharing is enabled, the video feed occupies a portion of the screen of the participant making the screen share smaller. This is worst if no one transmits video, as the participant just sees a number of black boxes occupying the screen. The video feed panel needs to be adjustable or retractable, so that one may choose to keep both or remove the feed and increase the shared screen size.Iphone users cant join meeting

I am curious to know if there is a way that a manager or admin user can alter the presenter on a scheduled meeting. With the nature of our business, it is possible an employee may be unable to attend work, and we can find no way to change the presenter on their scheduled meetings. Being unable to change the presenter means that we have to send our clients a new meeting invite and hope they realize they need to join the new meeting and not the old one. Hi, I have hosted 2 x 25 attendee webinars and can't decide if they should be meetings (it is for a user group). I was looking for a side by side comparison of features / restrictions between the two. Does this exist? It is a semi formal meeting with one presenter doing a talk. Ideally people would ask questions as and when, but I tend to have to mute their mics.Thumbnails or speaker in larger frame.
Multifeed video is great and works well. To make it even better, it would be useful to quickly see who is speaking. When you have 25 thumbnails on the screen, it can take a moment to see who is talking. Please i am having issues viewing multiple video feeds when meeting is going on, However all i can see are black boxes of the participant. It was confirmed that all participant enabled their camera on their devices. Kindly find attached screenshot for your attention.
