Hi Team, We have started using the Zoho meeting on a daily basis and are planning to host webinars weekly. We found a few critical issues on the webinar platform that negatively affect the experience of the attendees and organizers. We request you to update these essential features: 1. We usually have four to five co-organizers who talk. The attendees and co-organizers see one video at a time and not altogether on the screen. Hi, I asked this a while back during one of the new UI Meeting webinars but thought I'd ask if there was any further progress. Google Meet and Skype is about the only thing I use these days outside of the Zoho stuff, for video conferencing. While Zoho Meeting is great for presenting something, it needs full-screen video for a proper video (only) meetings really I feel. The iOS app would, in theory, do this but it seems to stretch the image in landscape thus ruling that out when using with someZoho meeting Windows 10 desktop app cannot login using Google
I reported this months ago...I just downloaded the Zoho Meeting desktop app for Windows, and the old OAuth method disallows the Windows 10 app from working...making the desktop app unusable if you login via Google. When screen sharing is enabled, the video feed occupies a portion of the screen of the participant making the screen share smaller. This is worst if no one transmits video, as the participant just sees a number of black boxes occupying the screen. The video feed panel needs to be adjustable or retractable, so that one may choose to keep both or remove the feed and increase the shared screen size.Iphone users cant join meeting
Is anyone else seeing that iphone users cant join a meeting? I have a couple of internal users who arent able to join meetings today, where before yesterday they had no issues. I am curious to know if there is a way that a manager or admin user can alter the presenter on a scheduled meeting. With the nature of our business, it is possible an employee may be unable to attend work, and we can find no way to change the presenter on their scheduled meetings. Being unable to change the presenter means that we have to send our clients a new meeting invite and hope they realize they need to join the new meeting and not the old one. Thoughts on this?Can you share screen and show camera at the same time?

Hi, I have hosted 2 x 25 attendee webinars and can't decide if they should be meetings (it is for a user group). I was looking for a side by side comparison of features / restrictions between the two. Does this exist? It is a semi formal meeting with one presenter doing a talk. Ideally people would ask questions as and when, but I tend to have to mute their mics.Thumbnails or speaker in larger frame.
Multifeed video is great and works well. To make it even better, it would be useful to quickly see who is speaking. When you have 25 thumbnails on the screen, it can take a moment to see who is talking. So, 2 options: . thumbnails as it is at the moment but with the speaker being highlighted . speaker in larger frame and thumbnails on top or below Thank you!Meetings straight into Zoho Calendar

Please i am having issues viewing multiple video feeds when meeting is going on, However all i can see are black boxes of the participant. It was confirmed that all participant enabled their camera on their devices. Kindly find attached screenshot for your attention. It would be nice if the end user could make a shared screen their full screen size and overlay the video feeds so that the screen size doesn't get shrunk down to show the other attendees camera feeds during a presentation. Hi guys, Recently, due to the Outbreak, our usage of Meeting has increased with our customers, but unfortunately we will only use it for maybe a few minutes before defaulting back to Zoom or Mobile calls - they Video/Audio is just so slow and laggy. Essentially, I would like to use Zoho to host a webinar. I send those interested to a landing page where they could pay for a (preferably unique) webinar link. From what I read, Zoom has this feature. Unfortunately it is linked to PayPal. I am living in Turkey where PayPal is banned. Does Zoho have this feature? And is it linked to PayPal? Win10: I have downloaded Zoho Meeting and installed it, but when I install it it's not in my start menu, nor a shortcut on my desktop. I have searched C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (x86) for "Zoho", but couldn't find any traces of it. In my past two webinars, when I attempt to turn on my web camera, it turns on for about 2 seconds and then toggles back to off. I've tried this in both MS Edge and Chrome. Before my second webinar, I started with a freshly booted computer. The co-organizers on the webinar did not experience the same problem. I am able to otherwise use my web camera for meetings in Zoom and MS Teams. Any suggestions on troubleshooting steps? Thanks, ScottZoom Webinar

When using the phone option for conference calls some other web conference tools have an option to enter your own phone number and then the conference line calls you, rather than you having to manually dial in for the call. It can be more convenient this way.Reoccuring meeting

I just ran a meeting with one other person using Zoho, and stopped it half way through to change to Zoom. The quality of the Zoom meeting was much better. The audio never skipped or stopped with Zoom. The video was also quite good. Why should I try to use Zoho, if Zoom is so much more efficient with managing bandwidth? What is Zoho's schedule for significantly improving performance, especially for folks that have slightly limited internet bandwidth, to better compete with Zoom.
