Issue with Mobile App v3.0 (3.0.10)

Previously, we were able to view Documents in the Zoho Projects Mobile App. But today I logged on and was updated to v3.0.10. After that, I could not view any Documents in any project although you can see and access them in the Feed. To duplicate: 1. Select Projects 2. Select a Project that has Documents (you can see them on the desktop version) 3. Select Documents 4. You will get a message that thereError in geolocation

An employees downloaded the One Auth App and enable restrict sign in. Any time she attempts to sign in to desktop, an error tells her to go to the oneauth app and disable restrict sign in. Marking Tasks as complete on the mobile apps is too easy to do by mistake. Is there any way to remove the checkbox next to the name and put it somewhere where its less likely to be pressed accidentally? I am sure I am not the only one with big fingers out there... This creates a real hassle as hitting complete by mistake can result in missing a key task, so this is a real big issue in my opinion. Our sales reps using the Zoho CRM app on Android phones are experiencing that the app crashes whenever they go to create a new event and tap on the "from" date field. Is anyone else having this issue? We've found that if you save an event then go back in and edit the "from" date field you can do so without experiencing a crash but that's not an ideal long term fix. Hi, I have never used Zoho mobile app, I prefer to view the regular version. but now I am trying to find a way to meet a temporary need. I am participating in a course for 10 days and wish to minimise distractions. There is one mail alias from which I would still like to be alerted immediately an email comes in, and I am looking for a way to do this, using my smartphone. If I download the Zoho app, can it be set to alert me only when mail comes in to a particular mail alias? Being alerted when mailswitch layouts on mobile zoho app

On my mobile phone app ( android), If I select My Tasks and sort according to Priority, only about 3 High, 4 medium and 14 low priority show up. On the web, and within the next seven days selected as a filter; I do have a total of 11 high, over 15 medium and over 15 low. When I first installed the Android app, all projects were loaded and they appear in the project list when I tap the filter on top of the screen. But projects created after that don't show up on that list. I receive notifications from those projects, and I can see their tasks when I select all active projects. Hi, After updating the Zoho CRM app om my mobile device I am unable to login. The system reports USER_NOT_ACTIVE when I enter my credentials. Hi Guys, I am not able to view my tasks on my smartphone. I can see them from my computer. So here is what I did, I created a Task template since all my projects have same tasks so whenever I create a new project I import the task list. Hi! On my HTC One X I would recieve a notification on my notifcation bar that I got an email in my zoho mail. However, I do not get these notices anymore on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I do have push messages enabled in the settings menu. I read somewhere that you need to be a paying customer to recieve the push messages on your phone through Zoho Sync.. is that the same for your new app? Using ZOHO CRM from my iPAD : it tells me that "You do not have the permission to add a record" and in general that I can't change anything. Not create a potential, update a contact, etc... I just purchased iPads for my sales team, and they are eager to get started. One thing that I notices is that the email option is not available in the ZOHO app. Is this by design or have I missed a setup step?
