I have an automation in Campaigns. When I first created it and tested with myself as a contact, I went through the trigger (link clicked in an email), and then got an error that the contact didn't have required information to create a new task in theEmail ID with Plus (+) character
Does Zoho Desk support emails with a plus character in them? Hey there, I was on the free plan with just 1 domain and custom email address. Because I wanted another custom email address, I paid for a license for mail plan, I was able to add my new domain but right now unable to create my custom email address forZoho HTML editor is removing MSO (Outlook) specific code.

It is my understanding that we have to add "include:zohocrm.com include:zcsend.net" to our domain's SPF record in order for all Zoho services to work. Is this correct? SPF records have a hard limit of 10 DNS lookups. When we add zohocrm.com to our domain's SPF record, that causes 9 DNS queries alone!
