I have some docs in zoho sign (templates) that are already uploaded for an onboarding process. They are the standard W-4 forms, application for employee -- and am trying to import these into Zoho people. How can I get all the holidays via Zoho People API without providing employee ID?. I tried this without userId parameter and it gives me an error. https://people.zoho.com/people/api/leave/getHolidays?authtoken=<token>&userId=<userId> My company has 2 locations and I want to get the list of all the holidays in both locations regardless of the employee. Reporting Manager by default is able to tag skills set/KPA etc however all the Managers are not able to do so although the permission is enabled for reporting to. We want to start the Appraisal however only the admin can tag. Exactly where do Reporting Managers create or tag the Skills,KRA,Goals as the managers don't have the settings option except the admin, We have tried to go under Teammates-->Appraisee view but we cant see any employees that they are managing. Hello What is the right setting if I have conditions like this: Can checkin several times and the admin can set the checkin hour once every hour or at certain hours on each shift and the hours can be modified. For example, the admin arranges to check in at 8am, 10am, 1pm, 3pm every day and the hours can be changed and not employees who are absent manually but for hours determined by the admin / manager. And every checkin time set the employes receive notification on their mobile phone. We are using Peopleplus for user administration and along with it we have also subscribed to Zoho Recruit and Zoho Expense applications. Currently when an administrator adds a new user from Admin Panel, the system assigns the Recruit application automatically to the user, where as it does nothing for the Expense app. Only if the new user is a member of Recruitment team he/she needs access to Recruit app but on new account creation the new employee gets automatically added with Guest permissions to#22 Tip of the week: Generating passwords automatically in Zoho People

At the present time, we only want to use the attendance features to track hours for a few hourly employees, and to track vacation time. We do not want to have our salaried employees have to check in and out. However, if they do not, then our reports are filled with a bunch of absents. To resolve this problem, is there any way to (a) exclude certain users from the check-in and out features, or (b) make certain shifts or users default to "present" unless they have entered leave? I have an issue with shift rotation. I tried to use it but failed to understand it thus far.
