Assigning weights in Performance Management
Hello, We have assigned weights against each KPI in the Performance tab. We are facing issues with validating the weights. For example, the product doesn't check if all the weights add up to a 100. (Since the weights are percentage fields, it should be able to.) Secondly, we are not able to limit the range of the weights for each individual KPI. We were hoping to assign weights in the 10-30% range only. If the community has been able to find a workaround these issues, please let us know. Any helpPer user pricing when using Zoho one
Hi all, I am new to People. I understand the licensing when purchased separately to Zoho One, but when included in Zoho one, how does the per user cost work? Is it one Zoho one user = one people user? I know for example with cliq it becomes a one to one. Another question would be if People were stand alone and had 20 users per month and Zoho One was uptaken, does this now mean the per user cost ramps up? Just another way of looking at it. Hello, I see that in Zoho People, user can time track on an hour basis, it it possible to change that granularity ? In my company , people track their time on half day basis. Hi, Currently all the compensatory requests are set by the system to expire on 31st December 2019. We use automatic entry for compensatory request. How can I bulk update the expiry date of compensatory requests recorded in the past? How can I ensure that the expiry date is set to 31st December 2020 for all the entries that will be made this year? In Short, I want the expiry date to be 31st Dec of the next year. Hello, Now that an organization can offer on demand trainings on Zoho Showtime, it would make a lot of sense to integrate people and showtime. As part of onboarding and development plan, I want to be able to have the possibility to assign courses to employees and they get automatically registered in Showtime to follow the course of the platform. Hello Can we have an option for sending updated leave policy to all the employees via e-mail. I dont want to put the e-mail addresses manually. Is there a 10 document limit under Zoho People - Onboarding - Document & Policies? I uploaded files to Organization files and when i go to Onboarding - Documents & Policies - Documents to be Read, those files show up in the dropdown list and I can choose them and add them. However, if I add more then 10 documents I get a server error and it wont allow more then 10 documents to be attached. Anyone else have this issue? Hi, We are considering migrating to People. However, I just need Company and Project names in my reports. Having to re-create "jobs" for each project is too time consuming. Is there a way to bypass them? If not, would it be possible to have jobs assigned to projects rather than the other way round? It seems like we could use the Designations feature to tag employees with things like "Part Time" or "Full Time". However once you add the designations there doesn't appear to be anything you can do with it. How do you apply designations to specific users? Hi. We have configured approvals for leaves and set them as "Reporting to" (1 level). Right now, when a Manager is absent and someone will submit a new leave we definietly need to allow someone to check it and approve it as a replacement. I am trying to find a work-around to the limitation of not being able to restrict an employee from clocking back in from a meal break less than a specified time (30-min). The current option is to record a 30-min meal break automatically for each employee, but this is illegal in California. I'm testing People for the first time. In Zoho CRM there is the account module, where you go to see the complete record of the account. In People under Performance you can click on a team mate and see KRA, skill set, feedback and summary. But nothing else. Under Organization you can click on an employee and see basic info, but nothing else. Where is the equivalent of a CRM account in People?
