Permission denied when try to fetch records from zoho people
I am trying to fetch records from zoho people API .. For this i am using POSTMAn. I successfully create token in postman and when i try to apply this link in get field then this shows an error "permission denied" i tried from past few days but did not come up with solution token i successfully created in zoho people Then i use that token in postman like this but this shows an error { "error": "Permission denied" } what should i do ? any help pleaseThe Zoho People newsletter is out!

Hi, This must be simple enough. i have a MailMerge Template and I can email the Merge to any field in the Employee Form (Email_ID etc) However I want to email the Employee details to an external payroll email. How can I achieve this? I know I can CC them in the merge but I would still wind up have the email-to: field set as Email_ID or his hiring manager or one of the other email fields within in the form. Any way to just enter the email-to: field manually? Do I need to add the payroll email toNotifications in People Plus
When are you going to update the options for notifications? It's been 3 years since you said you were looking into this and still nothing. The current setup is useless. Every notification someone receives is there forever!! For employees it isn't as big a deal but for managers who get a lot, it's hard to manage. There's no way to tell if you performed the task that the notification relates to because if you look at it, it marks it as read. Hello, I am having trouble associating the correct shift and schedule to my employees. Most of them have two different schedules, some even a third. Though, Zoho People only allows me to add the shift based on a date (MM/dd/YY), which becomes a problem since from what I just said. Is there any way to add them based on a day of the week, instead of date? (ie. Monday to Wednesday 09:00 - 17:00 / Thursday and Friday 07:00 to 14:00)The Zoho People newsletter is out!

Hi, In the Leave-Tracker > Settings > Customize Balance, it is possible to add a Reason for new Balance of an Employee. We do that all the time. I'm really upset with "support" of zoho. I'm stuck with a big problem concerning all leave balances. They are totally wrong since last zoho update in december. I've tried to call everyday but support is still busy. I've left message to call me back, but nothing happens. I have only some e-mails from support that tell me "sorry for the delay in response" but nothing else. I'm paying 750$ per year since 5 years.... This is a shame and not serious. I thought my question was easy to answer, but I simply don't get it working. All I want to have is a report, that I can print, where in one column is the name of the employee and in the other the number of leave days. I want to use the new analysis tool for that. hi Is there a way to escalate leave or timesheet approval if the reporting to is not available? Its not the same as Delegation. For example, a employee submits timesheet that needs to be approved within 5 hours. Hi, We log time through Zoho People (and Zoho Projects) and the tracked time gets synced to Zoho Books. Unfortunately the "Work Item Text" not gets synced to Zoho Books, but this is the information we need on the invoices. When will you update the sync interface to sync "Work Item" as well? Can we pay you to update the sync-interface? At least, we need to export the UNBILLED time log from Zoho Books.Rounding issue
In Zoho Attendance Management System there is a functionality that clocking less than 9 hours is half day leave and less than 5 hours is full day leave. Unfortunately there is a catch here.
