Mobile App - Check In / Check Out
I have setup the app however when I check in there is no logging of time one the dashboard even though online I can see when the phone is actively checked in. I searched but couldn't seem to find any significant documentation on the mobile app and setting up time tracking besides manually entering time data.Check in and checkout for multiple employee

We are looking for a feature that we can use to estimate and budget project hours between team members and upcoming team members through each phase of the project (recruiting lifecycle). Is it possible for emails coming from Zoho People, like Leave requests, to come from the employee who initiated the request (for example xyz@abc.com) rather than the way they're coming now (xyz@abc.com via mail.zohopeople.com)? Hey guys I didn't find out yet how to set this up: First Issue: Each employee has a certain employment rate. This varies from 100% - 20% (most employees are 100% though) We need to store the employment rate of each employee on the user. Is there a predefined field for this or do I need to set one up myself? Second Issue: Our company holiday policy is 25 Days for a 100% employed employee. If an employee has an employment rate of 80%, he's only eligible for 80% of the 25 days = 20 days. Many of the approval emails being generated by Zoho People are going to employee's spam folders instead of their inbox. I think the issue is that Zoho servers are not authorized to send mail on behalf of our domain @motionrc.com . I think we need to enter DKIM and/or SPIF settings in our domain record so that Zoho can send mail as @motionrc.com. Can someone from Zoho please confirm how to fix this. Thank you. Hi, I work for ME partner and we use Zoho People internally. I am a user in this portal A few months back I signed using my organization account(@elitser-me.com) with SDP on-demand for testing purpose. Now, it is not active. Today, one of my customers requested me to help configure his SDP on-demand account. I got the invite and tried to sign up. I got a message to delete myself from the other instance where I am an administrator. Obviously, I created another dummy account(@yahoo.com) in SDP on-demand,is blueprint coming to people

The current break time setting only allows UNPAID option for the manual break mode. But this means employees will have to login and out during breaks. We want to have an automatic setting wherein the break time is deducted automatically from the total hours. So the recent mobile app update broke the app for us. We are a company with offices in multiple countries including Hong Kong & China. We utilize Zoho to handle HR for the entire company. However, now the mobile app defaults to "Zoho China Accounts" when trying to login if your mobile device's language is set to ZH. Hi, this is what I need to do. Be able to have a custom leave form that is used when a person selects a particular leave type. This custom form will restrict the leave request to specific date and times for leave requests. (see below) For instance Employee requests Christmas shopping leave type, (we have a leave type of Christmas shopping set for 1/2 day) Each staff is given .5 days for this leave type. We cannot make use of Zoho People's Attendance entries to complete payroll without manual work. Attendance produces reports with "04:16" total hours but to run payroll we need this translated to the portion of an hour format of "4.25". I know we're not the only ones to encounter this issue. I have invited and created 3 employees. I can see two of them on the users tab. I can see none of them on the employee tab. I'd like them all on in the same place. Please can someone help.
