I am trying to get employee attendance entries via Zoho People API. Sometimes it works properly, but sometimes I get this error for few minutes. " code:7209 message:"API access blocked since threshold limit exceeded. Please try after some time" " What is the threshold limit for API requests? I'm sure I didn't exceed any daily limit(if there is any) because I'm getting this error since early morning. Is there a threshold limit per minute or per hour? The option of being able to create Tabular Data within a form is great. However, when you create a form with Tabular Data, there should be way of importing and more importantly exporting that data from the form (into XL, CSV etc). I'm working with an organization that utilizes more than 750 volunteers a year. We are looking for a system to manage their hours and any donations they make. Hi, I have checked generating Auth token api which inputs Email-id and Password, refer below API-request url. https://accounts.zoho.com/apiauthtoken/nb/create?SCOPE=Zohopeople/peopleapi&EMAIL_ID=ZOHO-Email-ID&PASSWORD=ZOHO-Password The above Request url, returns a Auth token with result as TRUE/FALSE, but the problem here is Auth token restricted to a count of 10. 1.) From what I understand, only web timer entries can be pushed to the Attendance Module, not manually entered time logs. This makes the Attendance module useless as my company tracks what people works on (projects & jobs) not just what hours you came in each day. And having people enter data in two places is a waste of their time. I would hope the functionality of time logs into the Attendance module will be implemented in the near future. I am trying to enable users to create Jobs in the name of other users not just Asignees but actual Owners so that they will be able to change the status of the Job. Usually if a user is an Assignee for a Job he can not change the status of that Job unless he is the one creating it (the Owner too). Our manager has to add a lot of Jobs for employees and each of the employees must have the capability to change the status. Is there any way we can accomplish this? I would like to propose a change to the incorrect descriptions of some of the features of Zoho People. There is a lot of confusion regarding the following terms: 1. Weightage - this would appear to be just the wrong word. It should be Weighting. 2. Domain - in the modern world this means the web domain. This should surely be Category. 3. Designation - Again this is the wrong word. It should be Position. Hey, is there a way to do a call in phone number to log into a time sheet? we still have employees who log in via phone call and its a feature we like. We would also use the app to log in and also want biometric log in's in some of our facilities. But before we opt for one of the plans, we wanted to ensure that zoho is compatible with all our existing policies. We’re using the BARS model for Performance Management. I'm trying to trigger a webhook for a check-in/check-out event so that POST data gets sent to another app whenever a user checks in or checks out. When I try to apply for leave with 0-day balance in a particular type, I get an message telling me "Sorry, you do not have sufficient balance in the applied leave period." Is it possible to allow employees to request leave even though their balance in a particular category is 0.
