Manage different employees' attendance
Hi, Is there a simple way to setup a user who works at 80% in the company. This should include the calculation of its vacation and the number of hours he needs to make per week. Hello! I currently have my Time/Attendance settings at Minimum Hours 12:00 and Lenient mode because when I run a report if it I set it to 8:00 it cuts some of the hours worked out of the report. Anyhow, because of this when I put in a Holiday it automatically puts 12 hours in for the number of hours for the holiday. How can I either: a) change the minimum hours back to 8 without it effecting the Hours summary report stating how many hours were worked or b) change the number of hours attributedAdding Jobs to Users

Hello, My manager just marked as completed a project I was assigned to, in order for me not to see it anymore in my listed projects when submitting hours. The thing is, I keep seeing it. Hi, I would like to be able to add some fields to the time log form. I bill a client in addition to tying it to a project, so I would like to add an account from CRM as well as add standardized work codes/ descriptions. Hi, We are trying to integrate our scheduling system with zoho leave module. Our employees request their leave on zoho, we want to post the leave details to the scheduling tool and to sync schedules. The problem is; the zoho api is giving us only the start &end dates, and total hours taken. This is becoming and issue if employees request more than two days. I need assistance with inputting initial leave balances for staff as we move from another leave management system into Zoho. Also, each staff member receives 20 annual leave days per year yet there are some staff members whose days have updated to 20 initial days available and some whose reflect zero (or other numbers). Hello hoping not to get flamed. Im setting up Zoho People and i cant seem to add geo restrictions or im doing it wrong. The Name , applicable for and modules are no trouble. The problem is with the map. It cant find one single address., and i cant find a way to drop a marker and add a range. I can draw a marker but it wont let me save with an error saying "please select the geo range to proceed" but i cant see where. So how can i add a location that cant be found on the map?Attendance & Leave are Different
In my company, we do not use the "Attendance" module so I have disabled it. So, my question is, why am I unable to apply for vacation et al if I have disabled the "Attendance" module? Attendance and leave (vacation, sick, etc...), are two very different things.Where are comprehensive instructions?

In the Employee Tree you can see the name of the employee and the designation(title) under it. We would like to have all the employees name and designation viewable in the Employee tree. Problem for us is that multiple employees have the same title/designation but do not share the same e-mail and we do not use a collective/group e-mail.
