I can't find a way to extract the dependent informant from the people form. Am I missing something? In addition, I am trying to find a way to list the birthdays or post them to a calendar. Hi, we've setup a ticketing system using forms and workflows + email alerts. At the moment there's a bunch of "Overdue" tickets sitting there that have been resolved but didn't mark them as resolved. I wan to go through all of them but the problem with that is that users who created them will be getting 10s of emails and I'd like to avoid that. the only problem I see is I can't find these email alerts anywhere in our settings. Hi, We are new to zoho people. I am the admin for our organization and am in the process of adding our employee details to the portal. For one particular employee when adding i included the name, last name, employee id and email id. It accepted it. Now when i search for it ... i am unable to see it to edit it further as the employee i added was incorrect. However when i try to add a new employee with the previous employee id it does not allow me to add stating that the employee id already exists.Reversing the Date
We continue to have a problem with our forms in which the date is reversed when using inserting a date in a tabular section. For example: 02/01/2015 would be reversed and would be displayed at 01/02/2015. We have now changed our settings to show the date as 02-01-2015 instead of using the /.Default Hours on Leave Request

When you add notes to a form to help the person fill out the form it takes the notes that have been written and scrunches it up. It makes the form longer than it needs to be and looks weird. It would be nice if they stayed the way they are written in the 'Form Customization' stage of the form. Is there a way to make it look like the 2nd Screenshot shown below? Thank you. Hi, I am starting out on Zoho People, but have been using the CRM for a while. However, in Zoho People I now want to create Projects for the clients which are in our CRM. The only problem I have, is that I cannot create a client from the CRM, unless I was the one who created that account within the CRM. Is there any way around this? As I need multiple staff members to be able to assign jobs to clients, however they will not be able to unless they were the one to create the account in the CRM. IAlphabetical Order
We would like to be able to sort our list of Employees, and other things alphabetically. We don't want all the forms to be sorted that way but it would make some things easier to find if it was alphabetically sorted. I know we can sort them manually, but it would be so much simpler if it was already set to be alphabetized. Hello, I have setup the departments for my company based on geography (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia, etc.) and have created sub-departments for each based on team (e.g., Finance, Marketing, etc.). Each of the geographies has a lead MD that would like to see the leave calendars for all his / her departments (e.g., Asia - Finance, Asia, HR, etc.) in one calendar. How do we do this? Hello, I'm little bit disapointed, when a employee leaves for a half day, he should work for 4 hours (based on 8 hours for a day of work, with Lenient Mode (Expected Hours)) The problem is that the attendance will show a deviation time for 4 hours. It shouldn't do that. If employee works 8 am to 1 pm and leaves for the afternoon, it should shown "1 hour" overtime and not shown "3 hours of deviation time. Hello, I can find no way to import a list of projects into zoho People. Is this correct? Also, we have dozens of projects we'd like to manage in People. Each one of those projects has the same 37 jobs under it. Is there a way to "save" this list of 37 jobs so that we can add them all to each Project without having to manually enter each job? Hello, We started using using Zoho People about 6 months ago for our HR needs. One thing I've noticed is that in configuring the various Leave categories there is no way to connect real time tracking from the allocations. Hi, First of all, I'd like to be able to export selected datas from a form, and not the whole set of datas. Is there any solution in order to do that ? There are some filters in a view of form datas, but when you try to export it as an excel, it gives you all datas from the beginning. Secondly, I made an update on a form I built a few weeks ago. I added a check box. I tried to use again my form and there is no problem, but when users tried, they told me the check box is not visible. This is a very bizarre problem, During March, our receptionist clicked check-in when she started her day and check-out when she finished and it recorded it, correctly, as present. For April though, it's been recording every day as absent - but it's tracking the hours, it says she was absent for 8 hours for example, so it knows she's selecting check in and check out, but... it's putting them as absent. Hi, I'm currently trying to create my own leave form. I know there is an existing form but it doesn't fit my needs. For that purpose, I added two date fields, one for the first day of leave and the other for the last day. I can easily calculate the difference between two dates, but I did not found how I could handle half days. I currently use two dropdown menus to get the "half day" information, but I cannot use this information in a formula field. Do you have any ideas about my problem ? Finally,Attendance Time Zone
Please consider having the check in and check out feature on the Attendance module for Zoho People update the time zone automatically to the local time zone based on the mobile phone or computer being used. Our staff travels frequently and has to manually update the time zone each time to see the correct time.
