Alphabetical Order
We would like to be able to sort our list of Employees, and other things alphabetically. We don't want all the forms to be sorted that way but it would make some things easier to find if it was alphabetically sorted. I know we can sort them manually, but it would be so much simpler if it was already set to be alphabetized. Is there a way to make this work, or a way that this could be a new feature added to the program soon? Thank you.leave

Hi, I had some questions regarding leave data. 1. Can we import initial leave data for just a few people into Zoho (don't want to import data for all employees, just a few) 2. What is the format of the import file - names of columns, etc.? 3. Is there a way to export the leave data for each employee into excel? 4. What is the function of the "generate rollover" link? Hello, I have setup the departments for my company based on geography (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia, etc.) and have created sub-departments for each based on team (e.g., Finance, Marketing, etc.). Each of the geographies has a lead MD that would like to see the leave calendars for all his / her departments (e.g., Asia - Finance, Asia, HR, etc.) in one calendar. How do we do this? Hello, I'm little bit disapointed, when a employee leaves for a half day, he should work for 4 hours (based on 8 hours for a day of work, with Lenient Mode (Expected Hours)) The problem is that the attendance will show a deviation time for 4 hours. It shouldn't do that. If employee works 8 am to 1 pm and leaves for the afternoon, it should shown "1 hour" overtime and not shown "3 hours of deviation time. Hello, I can find no way to import a list of projects into zoho People. Is this correct? Also, we have dozens of projects we'd like to manage in People. Each one of those projects has the same 37 jobs under it. Is there a way to "save" this list of 37 jobs so that we can add them all to each Project without having to manually enter each job? Hello, We started using using Zoho People about 6 months ago for our HR needs. One thing I've noticed is that in configuring the various Leave categories there is no way to connect real time tracking from the allocations. Many times I learn of an absence after the fact from reviewing time recorded in the system and need to manually submit a leave request for an employee to keep the records up to date. Hi, First of all, I'd like to be able to export selected datas from a form, and not the whole set of datas. Is there any solution in order to do that ? There are some filters in a view of form datas, but when you try to export it as an excel, it gives you all datas from the beginning. Secondly, I made an update on a form I built a few weeks ago. I added a check box. I tried to use again my form and there is no problem, but when users tried, they told me the check box is not visible. This is a very bizarre problem, During March, our receptionist clicked check-in when she started her day and check-out when she finished and it recorded it, correctly, as present. For April though, it's been recording every day as absent - but it's tracking the hours, it says she was absent for 8 hours for example, so it knows she's selecting check in and check out, but... it's putting them as absent. I've gone through all the settings, I've tried changing it manually, inputting the times manually..Formula fields with dates and half days
Hi, I'm currently trying to create my own leave form. I know there is an existing form but it doesn't fit my needs. For that purpose, I added two date fields, one for the first day of leave and the other for the last day. I can easily calculate the difference between two dates, but I did not found how I could handle half days. I currently use two dropdown menus to get the "half day" information, but I cannot use this information in a formula field. Do you have any ideas about my problem ? Finally,Attendance Time Zone
Please consider having the check in and check out feature on the Attendance module for Zoho People update the time zone automatically to the local time zone based on the mobile phone or computer being used. Our staff travels frequently and has to manually update the time zone each time to see the correct time. Is there a way to set a time guideline that is not included in the time worked for each day? We ask our employees to not login more than 5 minutes before their start time. Even when they login 5 minutes early it is being added to the time worked for the day. I do have the standard schedule set to 8 - 4:30.Control order of Views?
