Does the client users count as users as mention in the pricing plans?Task Numbering
Does anyone know ANYTHING about this new task numbering system that was just released today? I find it frustrating that updates are rolled out randomly with no prior announcement, communication, or support information. I contacted Zoho Support and was told they are working on a UserGuide "soon" and that "it will be useful to number your tasks." Also there is no way to disable this (completely useless) feature. I would like to have more information on updates BEFORE they happen so I can inform myZoho Projects - Update tasks based on an import?
Here is a use case I run into often but have found the import functionality not working as expected In Zoho projects, i have about 2,400 tasks for my project I needed to update the status of about 800 of the tasks to mark them Closed So i did a bulk export of the tasks.. updated the status and then used the import functionality to import all the tasks back I made sure to include the Task ID and the Task Name in the import HOPING that the system would be smart enough to match the two up and UPDATEHow do I automatically update a project status?

Hi all: We just signed up for a trial of zoho one, which includes ZoHo Projects. We've noticed there was a 'dummy project' preloaded in projects to help familiarize yourself with the software. Hello, Is there a way to improve the sorting of data based on the selected field. In my case, I want to sort by the "Project Number" (this is a custom number field created). As seen on Figure A, this is sorted, but when I go further down, on Figure B, other projects is not sorted, whereas, it should be sorted by all the projects. Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. To customize, navigate to Task & Timesheet settings under Portal Configuration in Zoho Projects setup and enableCatch Zoho Projects' New Video Series!

I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion. All you have to do is, click the Task Sorting option and select the required criteria. Few points to be noted about task sorting: This option is available in the Classic View only (within My Tasks, Tasks & Milestones section).
