Do you guys provide any single API call that will show a user's tasks across all projects? In the current documentation the only way it's possible is by fetching each project id's and than Fetching tasks for a specific user under each Display Type i.e. upcoming/delayed/misc. With this apporach it will take (1 call to extract projects Ids +(no of projects * 3)) api calls to fetch a user's own task. You should also think about adding an "all" option in the Display type. In our company (like in many others) business hours include a lunch break of 1 hour. We work from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and again from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Currently there's no way to make Zoho Project exclude this hour from the daily business hours and that's make it very difficult to use (compared to other solutions).
