Problem with Upload
Hi, we are using Zoho Projects to work with freelancers and team members on a virtual basis. Today I wanted to upload some documents for the team (PDF) and at 87% it stopped and never finished. I uploaded PDFs before and it worked great. Any idea or hint to solve the problem? Cheers NicoleStaff with unusual hours
Hi, I love the resource utilization idea, but I have some part-time staff, and some "full-time". Our team's full time is 36 hours/week, not 40. It looks like everything is based on 8-hour days. How to have in zoho invoices, every timesheets, client and projects that we had created in zoho project? (and/or vice versa) In Zproject, I can create a client, and in Zinvoices too, so why can’t I find those client in both apps when I create one? And it’s the same for timesheets and projects. For instance, right now we can export timesheets of Zproject but we can’t import them directly in Zinvoice because it’s not the same data disposal in the template of export/import. I am using zoho in my company. Actually right now there are 2 projects which allotted to me. I am at Manager user. If i want to add one new status i am unable to do that , can zoho have any option to give access to add status to manager . I am unable to find a way to lock cells and/or formulas. Also the formulas that I have sometimes delete or change themselves without my input. We primarily use the Weekly Log Time view, as this is most convenient for our staff. Unfortunately, this view does not presently allow users to enter data in the Notes field for their logs, which means they must be added afterward, which is very inefficient. We had a user accidentally make a task a subtask and it wasn't caught for quite some time. Is there anyway to promote a subtask to a task or duplicated it (and all of its data) as a new task? Dear Monica P, We have been setting up a template for our new process and I had just finished it, I went to create milestones, however something went wrong with them and I deleted the milestones, which then deleted all the tasks that were created in that template. I am connecting to Zoho using Google / Chrome Browser. Zoho requires 2-Factor Authentication for security, which is good. The login screen says 2FA will not be required again on this browser / machine for another 180 days. But using the Chrome browser, 2FA must be used EVERY time I log in (annoying). Internet Explorer does not behave this way. It remembers the 2FA from before. Does anyone know how to enable this to work on Chrome? I looked in settings and did not see anything obvious. Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. To customize, navigate to Task & Timesheet settings under Portal Configuration in Zoho Projects setup and enableCatch Zoho Projects' New Video Series!

I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion. All you have to do is, click the Task Sorting option and select the required criteria. Few points to be noted about task sorting: This option is available in the Classic View only (within My Tasks, Tasks & Milestones section).
