Task Comments Permitions
I have a suggestion. You can give the capability to the user in specific comments to give permissions which user can see it and for the other can be hidden. Of course default is all and then you can pick. I suggest this Idea because we constantly have a minor problem when in one task there is collaboration between managers and employees. The problem is that we can not say all thinks public. For example "i do not like his presentation but lets give me a second chance etc etc. So we change messagesGoogle Calendar on Projects

HI all, for our office we usually have 3/4 different users interact with any given project/task. I really like the fact we can CC an email to have it go into the comments. But when you close the task, you end up 'losing' visibility to that communication. We are trying to automate printed labels for each task from a brother printer. we want one of the fields to be a QR code that brings us right to the task. eg. Task = 20hrs Recurrence = 10 x weekly My understanding is that "planned hours" for this should be 20hrs x 10 = 200hrs. Is this correct understanding? How to divide a single task into several different days? Let me explain, John has a 24-hour task. I schedule it for him Monday through Thursday. He has another task from another project at 8am on Tuesday that I can't move. Currently, in order to have a fair resource management, I divide the 24h task into 3 tasks of 8 hours that I place Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. We do not want Zoho sending emails to clients without our explicit permission. Is there a way to disable all emails? For example, when I associate a project with a client, they get an email even though we have indicated that they should be opted out of all emails.
