Projects and Workflow in CRM
I am having difficulty figuring out the best way to integrate CRM and workflow processes - and I believe Zoho Projects may be the solution. I need to be able to create Accounts and link them to Deals in such a way that each Account is separate from the other but would be ranked together with all the other Accounts tagged/associated with the same deal. Here is the real life situation: We represent sellers and need to find the right Buyer for them. So we create a Deal and over the course of a number

Is it possible to change the "From" email address for notifications so it shows as coming from Zoho Projects rather than the project name?
How to save preferences
I have a long list of projects in each of my groups. Everytime I sort them by alphabetical order, when I leave the project list view I have to sort them back. Same thing with calender, I filter my view by events, I have to do it again each time. It’s quite annoying, my team and I use ZProject everyday, is there a way to have this set as preference views? How do I add a project to client after passing import from crm screen.
So I've added a client using the import screen. In the import screen I was able to click on the projects I wanted to add to the client. this helps to group them by client on the projects screen. Now I'm adding a new project to an existing client. I go client users in settings and it shows projects under the client, and has a way to add more projects. but when i start searching for the projects to add, only projects already added to the client shows up. Tasks in notifications
notifications in iOS and on the web app when someone completes a task show the words "Task.completed.s". Thats all it shows until you click on it for more info. I have to assume this is a mistake. I thought it was a developer bug, and I wrote in about it a few times. Its been many months and its still like this. Please fix it to actually show relevant info.

Email Buttons & Integration
Hie, Have Two Questions:- 1. We want when user complete any task in any project then client get Email of that with Approval Button on it, if Clients click on Approval then Assigned user get email of that and start work on next task. And needed one more button named Modify/Modification if client clicks on that a popup note will shown to him where he can add needed modification and submit . when client clicks on submit then assigned user get email with that note. Project Recovery in Zoho Invoice / Projects / Timesheets
When I create a project in Zoho Projects and all tasks are finalized, I can create an invoice directly from Zoho Projects. I find this bill in Zoho Invoice. But is it possible to find the project and the tasks created in Zoho Projects in the "timesheets" menu of Zoho Invoice? Thank you
task completed notification doesnt work well
when one of our techs completes a task, we get a notification that says: "Task.Completed.s" seems like a programming bug? additionally when we click on the notification, it doesnt allow us to click through to the actual task. see attached screenshots.
Please add issues/bugs to calendar sync
Issues/bugs show up on Zoho Project calendar, but do not sync to either Zoho calendar or Google calendar. It's a little frustrating because every time I try to come up with a workaround for the fact that Zoho has not yet integrated CRM and Projects calendars (not to mention tasks) across applications, so we can have one integrated view, something stops me :-). We just want an integrated calendar view so employees are not monitoring multiple calendars. Real time project calendar sync is also a must

Does sync with Google Tasks still exist?
Several different Zoho Documents state that project tasks can be synced with Google tasks, and it's advertised as a feature on your website here. We have Zoho Projects fully integrated with G Suite, but none of these Google tasks sync options show up. Nor do they show up for Zoho CRM which also says it has sync with Google tasks. Would someone from Zoho please advise is this feature still exists? I have also submitted a ticket on this issue. Thank You
Batch change dates
It would be very helpful to be able to batch change the dates for multiple tasks either within a project or in My Tasks. At the moment when a load of tasks due for the same day are set it takes time to go through and date set each one individually.
Expand/Collapse My Tasks list single button
It would be extremely helpful to be able to collapse or expand all tasks in Classic view in My Tasks by clicking just one button. This list doesn't load very well anyway and this would really help organise this list.
Cannot create project with ZohoOneEnterpriseTrial plan account
Hi, When I attempt to create a new project, the function to do so is ghosted and not clickable. Another user on the account had created a project. There was also a demo Project created by Zoho. After looking through some posts in here I found we can only have 1 project for the trial plan. So I deleted both projects but am still not able to create a new one. My user level is set to Admin. Any other ideas on how to fix? I've attached a pic of what I see in the Projects area.
Module geared more toward solopreneurs
I'd love to see Zoho roll out a projects module that's more for solopreneurs. I'm using Zoho Books now and would love to be able to move more of my applications under the Zoho umbrella. Unfortunately, Zoho CRM and Projects is just too unwieldy for me as a solopreneur. I'd love to see Zoho have something more like Dubsado or 17Hats. Share personal information in Zoho projects (US server)
we use Zoho projects, where we add personal information of clients in the tasks, our GPO tells us that we can not add this information because the server is outside the EU and we would need permission. this is so? the only way to continue with Zoho projects would be to migrate it to the EU, but from Zoho there is no way to do it without losing information.
Resource Allocation Chart - Why Are Some Hours Missing?
When looking at the resource allocation chart: Appears that the work hours on some tasks a) are not included on the labels and b) not counted towards the total hours for the day. I can't figure out why some are working and some are not. Client user see option for Gantt Chart under Reports tab but can not see the chart
As the Project user I can see the Gantt Chart report but the client user on the same project only see the option for Gantt Chart on the Reports TAB but clciking it does nothing yieding no report. This client user has been assigned to the external projects tasks as a user and can view Task lists etc
Sub-Tasks and Planned vs Actual Resources
Hi there, If I set a budget of e.g. 10 hours to work on a task, then register 2 hours of work to a sub-task, those 2 hours will appear as actual hours on the sub-task, but will not be added to the hours worked on the parent task. Since sub-tasks are by definition part of the parent task, I would consider this a bug, which limit the utility of what is otherwise an excellent feature. How do I mass edit time entries?
Since you can not filter or sort time entries by what has and has not been invoiced (you can only see the icon but not separate invoiced from non-invoiced), I would like all time to initially be entered in as un-billable and I can change to billable as I bill them. (since you can see this separation) So my question is HOW do I mass edit this? Can it be done?
View Planned Timeline vs. Actual Timeline in Gannt Chart
Can I compare in Zoho Projects the original timeline projection with the actual timeline of the project in the Gannt Chart? When I change the dates and times in an already defined project I lose the initial definitions. I would like to be able to see graphically my Planned time vs the Actual time. See attachment as example. I got that screen from another Project Management tool that has that feature. That is a very good tool!

Task List Advice
Hey guys! do you use the task list feature?! if i create a task list - it looks like as i add them, the 'newest' shows at the top? So, my tip would be, if that's the case, start with your last step first and then they will be in order! notes on timers needs help
timers are very useful, but without notes they arent. yes, zoho projects timers have the ability to enter notes but its implemented in a way that is very limiting. 1. when closing a timer on iOS, please prompt us for a note description instead of just closing the timer 2. on the web app, when i go check the notes on a time log, i can not COPY the text of the note without going in to EDIT the timer first. I can hover over the SHOW NOTES button but if i move my mouse over to try and select and copy
Task Functionality
Trying to figure out if there's a way to use a task with a specific field tied to JUST that ONE task - so the user can select from a dropdown box or (pick list as they call it) the answer to the task and then click 'close'. the task only requires a one word answer yes or no - i've created Task Layouts but those are associated with each new task created. Notifications for users tagged in comments
I've looked for this, and can't find a solution. When a user is tagged in a comment (e.g. @User1) it would be great if they receved a notification - either by e-mail, or by the notification button (bell) in the top right of the window. Otherwise, there's no way to know if you've been tagged.
