Timesheet layouts & fields: In Zoho Projects, users can now create layouts for timesheets and associate them while adding time logs. Custom fields can be added while creating these layouts. Import/Associate "Task Description" field from MS Project
Hello, Our workflow is to create a project in MS Project (much faster than creating every individual task in Zoho), and import it to a Zoho project. When I import the project, I have very few issues except I'm not given the option to associate my custom field "Task Descriptions' to the Zoho "Task Descriptions" field. (See attached image) How can I accomplish this without opening every single task and copy+pasting the descriptions? Thanks

I've invited a client to my project who already has a Zoho one account - how can they access the project in my organization for which they are a client? I haven't found an option to switch organizations within zoho projects, and while you CAN switch organizations within zoho one - I can't assign zoho projects to them What's the solution here?

Move Milestone
The Directions for Moving a milestone between tasks does not seem to work. Can you provide some screen snapshots please? Move Milestone Move milestones between projects. Navigate to a milestone. Is a new gmail add-on coming??
It appears the ability to add a new task, bug etc. from right within gmail is gone with the new gmail. I am surprised not to see a bunch of posts in this forum asking when you will be releasing a new gmail add-on that works with Googles new gmail integration for addons. Being able to quickly add tasks and so on from gmail is one of Zoho's many strong features, I hope not to lose it. Yes I know you can email to a project but that is much different. Thank You

UI issue in Zoho Projects - Upward arrow for expanding the "Add Description" content

Be able to re-run a Task Export with current data
It would be great if a previously run Task Export, could be re-run again with current data. In effect this would allow the saving of a Task Export as a template. By re-running the Report, the Filters and Columns would remain, but the data in the export would be updated.
Importing from CRM to Projects
Hello, I have about 300 files in a custom module in our CRM. I was going to try and "project manage" these from the CRM, but they are just too advanced to be able to track the tasks properly. I have them all exported to a .CSV file, but can't for the life of me figure out how import them into Projects. It will only me to add tasks, not entire projects. Please help. Project Views Updates Coming?
I cannot find the thread but there was a comment from someone at Zoho many months ago that project Views would be seeing a big upgrade at some point with new functionality. I am curious if that is something we will see any time soon? I am attaching a screenshot from another software product we also use that allows us to easily create any type of view we want including the fields we want to group by and/or sort by. Disable all emails to clients
We do not want Zoho sending emails to clients without our explicit permission. Is there a way to disable all emails? For example, when I associate a project with a client, they get an email even though we have indicated that they should be opted out of all emails. Quite frankly, it is infuriating that the system is, essentially, sending spam to people just because we want to be able to track that they are associated with a project.
Projects associated with multiple groups
Hi Support Team I was wondering if there was a possibility to file a project within multiple groups? Currently we have groups with multiple projects, but there doesn't seem to be any functionality i can find to have projects sitting across multiple groups (it seems you can look at projects by group, owner and client). Zoho Pdoes a lot of things right as a platform provider and I have to say the support we have received has been better than many of the other SaaS platforms we work with. Permision for users to edit task completion percentages?
How can I allow users to edit completion percentages of tasks and limit them from being able to edit anything else? The only option I see is to give users permission to edit tasks in general that they own or are assigned to. I don't want them to be able to edit everything about the tasks. The only thing I want them to be able to edit and update is completion percentage. This way they won't mess up budgeted hours, change dates or delete things on accident. Is this possible?
Reflect Deals Financial Stats in Associated Project
I am learning Zoho so please excuse if I misunderstand something. I set up a project, marketing campaign. Besides regular task management I see that projects can be associated with deals. My assumption was that if I do, I can then see the stats from those deals in the Dashboard or Finance tab of the project. I closed some deals during this campaign and associated them (had to create accounts for each contact just for that). When I look for any financial data, I do not see the amounts of the won deals.
No task attachment icon next to Workdrive files

Unable to use HTML email in a Custom Function using Deluge sendmail[]
Hi, I'm trying to create a custom function that sends an email, an HTML email with formatting and images, to be used with a business rule in Zoho Projects. I've stripped the 'message' part of the sendmail function right back to basics but it still fails. In the example below, removing the DIV styling tags allows it to save successfully. Won't save with styling tags, or image tags.If the message is changed to a simple "<div>TEST</div>" it saves. Can anybody please shed some light on what the problem

Duplicated tasks not automatically appearing in task list
Last week this featured worked perfectly. It's not working now. 1) I create a task 2) I copy the task, and set the number of copies I want made 3) I get the confirmation that the duplicate copies have been made and then nothing. The newly duplicated tasks don't appear in the left-side-bar task list. If I close out of the task, the tasks don't appear in the list of tasks associated with the project. I have to refresh the task list (by clicking All Tasks) and then the duplicate tasks appear. Any suggestions
A Couple Blueprint Update Ideas
Would it be possible to have blueprints applied to a task, even if they did not meet the blueprint requirements when they were first created? I.E. if they are updated and THEN meet the requirement, the blueprint is associated. I have a blueprint which is set to be applied when certain people are assigned a task. I tend to create tasks by clicking the "Add Task" button underneath each Task List in the Task List view. I just give it a title then hit Enter. Once the task is created, I click into it
