Roles and data sharing
I don't understand how to use the Roles setting under the user settings to enable data sharing. Can anyone give me some guidance? I have multiple teams under one organization that need access to projects created by users on their teams.. The only way I have found to do this so far is to have the project creator add his teammates manually each time a project is created.
Is it possible to migrate only selected projects from Basecamp?
Can we select a set of projects from our Basecamp account when migrating? Also does the migration distinguish between Basecamp projects and teams? Basecamp3 has this new separation of "Teams" and "Projects". They are in fact not different entities from each other. "Teams" are rather used to create some team workspaces which aren't directly targeted at real projects.
weird calendar bug with tasks and duplicates
see attached screenshots. the calendar is showing 1000's of recurring tasks for the same day. this happened last week too. the tasks do not show in the project itself.

Custom fields and sections for milestones.
Seems like milestones could use the ability to be customized. I'd like to be able to create layouts for milestones similar to how one creates them for tasks. Honestly, you all have the ideal functionality built, just needs to be applied to milestones.
How I can create task in Project and link it with a Deal not Account in CRM
Background: I have Account with Deal in Zoho CRM and projects mapped with Account and Deal in Zoho Project. I would like to create task and sync them between Zoho Project and Zoho CRM. Problem is: When I tried to create task in Zoho CRM, I can either link task to Account Project or Deal Project. But when I tried to create task in Zoho Project, I can only link task to an Account, not Deal. See attached picture, you can only select Account, there is no Deal list.

How to solve Zoho Project's (PMS) data center issue to add the accounts of EU database into the US database?
We have observed a big problem with Zoho Projects (PMS), where we can’t add a client account if he/she is associated with the Zoho EU database. Log activities / hours spent on a project
We are a consulting company and will use PROJECTS to log the hour spent by our consultant on each project. It seems that i have to select a project and be in the project to log my activities / hours. I can't log it from one page by selecting the different project I work on. This is an issue as our consultants can simultanely work on 10-20 project so it is really time consuming. Is there a solution for that ? Thank you
Custom Field Restrictions & Character Counts
Why are there restrictions on how many custom fields that can be added to tasks, projects, and issues? It forces companies to limit the amount of data recorded which is not an accurate representation of business reporting.
Milestones and Task Lists
I have two questions I'm hoping the Zoho Community will be able to assist me with: What is the difference between a milestone and a task list? Seems like they are both ways to group tasks. Do you need to use milestones and task lists? What if I simply wanted to log my time to a few basic tasks? Here is some more information. Subtask Work Hours Not Reflected in Milestones
I have a Task List related to a milestone. Within that task list, I have subtasks with Work hours associated. When I look at the Milestone view, the work hours from subtasks do not show. In this screen shot, you can see the work hours associated to the "SEO Done" milestone. In this screen shot, you can see the milestone where hours are not displayed: (As an aside, I'm aware of the "roll up" feature for projects; a brief experimentation with that showed NO workhours displayed for tasks for subtasks.

Forum Categories do not Delete
When I'm adding a forum there is a "right side panel" that lists "Forum Categories". I have tons of categories for projects that have been trashed and Archived. I am absolutely certain that none of those projects ever had forums. When I delete a category (by clicking on the trash can beside it) the Category goes away but the next time I create another Forum, all the same categories are still there. Please help.
Add Reminder function in the Pages section
When meeting with clients, I use the Pages section to take notes. It would be great to be able to have a check mark for items we write as "to do" and be able to find them quickly.

Printing invidual Issues
I don't know if I'm the only one that still prints issues... When I used to print individual issues it would have the issue number at the top of the print out (e.g. IUT-292) Recently I noticed that the issue number is now missing from the print out. Was something changed recently?
Why is "(1001) in front of project names in Browser Tabs
I just noticed that there is not a "(1001)" in front of the project name in my Chrome browser tabs. This is very inconvenient because there is a verly limited number of characters available in the tab label and with (1001) in front of the name I can't always tell what project the tab has open...
Zoho Notification Emails in Outlook: Show Original Message by Default
When I receive notification emails from Zoho projects, I see what appears to be an auto-generated summary at the top, and a link below that that says "Show Original Message". The information I need is not included in the summary, so I always need to click the link to see the information that is important to me (e.g. I am looking for what the new task status is, number of work hours, etc.). Are these apps integrated? I feel like they are not and that they must be used separately. For example, can you create a task specific to a specific lead and have it show up in Zoho projects as well and on the Calendar?
Suggestions to make Checklist Extension better
I think the Checklist extension has some awesome potential. A few suggestions to make it better: on the Checklist tab, indicate the number of checklists so that there is some visual indicator that there's something to be looked at there...similar to showing the number of subtasks on the subtask tab. Be able to reorder checklist items. Checklist templates so we can add a pre-existing templates. Scott

Delivery date Bug

Dear, is there any option to plan the bug? At the moment I can only see the expiration date in the calendar. but in a bug I have 2 important milestones:
1.- Development
2.- Development tests
I demand delivery date for each of these milestones, in order to deliver a date to my client.
Currently I have them in Excel spreadsheet, but it is getting a little complicated. I would like to have the option of planning the delivery dates and being able to enter the actual dates.
