The Zoho CRM has this, in each jobs pipeline is there a way to get a Kanban view of the candidates in each stage? It would be really helpful to have a way to "Pin" a note to the top of the notes section. This is really important when you have something important about someone and do not want the note to get buried farther and farther down the note stream.
