Currently with Zoho's SMS you send SMS messages to candidates that you are the contact owner of and you will see a notification when they respond back to you. For two days now, after your recent update in zoho recruit, the “Duplicate Check” function in the “Resume Inbox” under “Resume Management” is not working because existing candidates having the same email ID are being added instead of overwriting the old candidates with new details. This happens when an email with a CV is sent to our zoho email and when it is parsed to the Candidates module, if it has an identical email address existing on our database, it just creates a new candidateAccount expired on Zapier
Hi, When I try to connect my ZOHO recruit account on Zapier with the auth token, it says: authentication failed: You have already exceeded your daily limit. Hello, Is there a way to have the Data Processing Basis feature activated by default ? At the moment, it is "unapplicable", it means the switch is off and I have to do manually for each candidate in the database. The consequence is that if the switch stays off, the "consent tab" does not appear in the candidate portal and therefore the candidate can't update his consent like he should normally be able to to do it. It would be wonderful to have Canvas View in Zoho Recruit. This would be great to be able to display any module with Image Upload to be able to display them in Canvas View. In Date fields, it seems I am not able to just type in the date. The only option I have is to click on the mini-calendar widget that pops up. Am I missing something? That is INCREDIBLY tedious, especially when I want to put in a date from more than a decade ago. It takes me 30 seconds for each entry, when I could type it in 1 second. Can this be solved easily?
