Custom pipeline
I was wondering if it's possible to customise the pipeline for one job opening specifically. I believe that any customisation to the pipeline is now applied to all job openings, however it would be great if the pipleline could be customised for one job opening only since the hiring process can change a lot depending on the job opening.Hide A Candidate

We have recruitment agencies wherein multiple people from that vendor company would be emailing us. I guess this is quite normal practice. Currently the vendor module treats one email address as one vendor. That's not suitable. The vendor module ignores anyone else from the same agency! It should allow multiple email addresses/users from the same vendor. This is for tracking of emails, sharing of jobs, portal login etc.Quick Section Bar
Hi guys, Would it be possible to have a quick section bar with a way to add specific sections on the candidate model? As an example, our candidate model is now 7-8 pages long and not everyone uses the same sections. It would be great to add to the bar on the left a list of the section I always use. Hello, When we update/edit a candidate profile in Zoho Recruit, it would be very nice to still have the possibility to view the cv on the side so we can fill in the fields much more accurately, instead of trying to remember all the datas or going back and forth between the cv and the candidate page. The UI that would be nice to have when we click on "edit" is what you are already offering when you import a new cv into Zoho Recruit (cv on the left, form on the right) - see in attachment. The new candidate portal is great. Really like the feel and look. Should be easier for candidates. The notes are now placed at the bottom on the records under every custom field that was created. This is "Extremely Not User Friendly" Notes is the one area of the record that you use on every record. Why would you make that so difficult to access. When you click the notes in the related field, it scrolls you all the way down to notes. You can no longer see the Candidate info or the "Business Card" view which is the heart of the record. Hello, When we create a new job opening, we have to fill in the form so we do select a client (an if he is already registered in Zoho Recruit, it would appear in the list). I feel like there needs to be quicker and easier access to recently accessed records. At the moment, we have to click this tiny little button in the bottom right corner. What if you hovered your mouse to the far right of the screen, the recently viewed records popped out as a column from the right and back in when not used. Hi, I wondered how many people use Z Recruit to actually submit candidates to clients but also when prospecting out to 'Contacts'..... We use Z. recruit to send the emails to 'Contacts', however I am trying to streamline and improve our process. Hello I recently downloaded the Zoho Recruit App on my iPhone and notice that I’m unable to send documents for signing to candidates from within the App through the ZohoSign integration I had previously installed in my Desktop portal. I ended up downloading the ZohoSign App on my phone as well, but then I noticed that I would have to upload the document manually to the candidate ZohoRecruit profile in order to link the document to a specific candidate profile.
