Often times we need to move from the candidate page to the job order that candidate is associated with. There is no way to simply click the link and instantly go into the job order detail page of the job that candidate is associated with. This seems like a fairly easy fix. If you could turn the job order name in the hiring pipeline to a hyper linke, or add a List to associated jobs at the bottom of the module that has a link to each job they are associated with that would be quite helpful.Candidate module

Hello, We have an issue when trying using the submission of resumes via Zoho. When we do that, the full names of candidates are revealed to the client. This is not a good thing especially for us, because clients can easily look them up on Linkedin and contact them, thereby they can circumvent us and we lose power very early in the process. I kindly request you to review this and at least make it optional so that we can hide names of candidates when we submit them through your system. Now we are leftadd quick notes under look up to be able to enter them

I am working for 2 countries, US and India. When I enable EEO/OFCCP, it is activated for all locations. I want it to be enabled only for US and not for India. Also I have enabled multiple currencies. I want any record to have currency based on the country. Right now I have to manually change the currency for each candidate and job. I have written earlier also many times and I am writing again regarding this. When the jobs are posted on facebook and candidate applies, it captures information based on the facebook profile or whatever candidate has set profile in facebook for jobs. There is also an option in facebook for jobs where you can put a URL address for job application. I would like to you to put the Job posting URL there. So that when a candidate applies for any position through facebook, he should be directed to ZohoDuplicate candidate records
A lot of times a candidate applies with 2 different email ids, which create two candidate records. I have EEO enabled, which restricts me to delete any record. Now the problem is that most of the time candidate put different information, like he may put his nick name in one of the records and it's hard to find duplicate records with current search fields. Hi Recruit, We are now switching to work in Recruit Calendar in our daily work with my team and it would be good if you introduce a feature of marking events in Recruit Calendar in a special color (like in Google calendar) or add some colour stickers or tags to the event (colour selection can be made by user based on the event category or topic it's related to), so that colour was visible in a day, week or month preview. In my experience, candidates tend to have their own goals in conducting their job search. One is location. Where they want to live... In fact, the entire profile is extremely client focused implying that every single candidate will either take any job that they're qualified for or are only interested in a job that's in the immediate area of their current mailing address. It would be helpful if admins could have great control over the users. In an enterprise environment it is very difficult to contact each user/train them on how to set their timezone correctly. Because of how zoho handles timezone, we will have to change this for every user twice a year (standard vs daylight savings)Video interview

I am coming across several candidates that I have submitted to Zoho by way of Outlook/Email add-in that are not in our system. Is there a way to confirm that the resume/candidate actually made it into our database? In the past, I have used Jobdiva. We would like to use the candidate portal as a way to allow our candidates to complete their profile with us. we have a very long application form and it would be better to use the portal where they can log in and complete the form there than having a very long zoho form that has to have the field values passed to it via URL to update the candidate record. We dont receive resumes, all of our candidates come from web forms. Our hiring managers need to be able to print out the candidate information because our interviews do not happen where a computer is available. We are in transportation and many interviews happen outside or in a barn where these is no computer. Hello All, On the new career site, when jobs are listed in the "job listing view" with all of them lined up one after the other, the city is present and very apparent. In my screenshot example, it shows a field service technician job opening in MIami, FL. Once the job listing is clicked the relevant bullet points are highlighted to the right under "job Information" The city of the job should be listed here. Hello All, As a recruiting firm, we focus a lot of time working with candidates, and quarterbacking them through the system. I spend a lot of time looking at the candidate list (in the candidates module) of active candidates who are currently associated with jobs in our system. The problem is that all of the jobs have very similar titles, so it is hard for me to tell exactly which job they are associated with when looking at the candidate list.
