Hi I'm new to using the Z Recruit system. So far, I love it. Can someone help me out? I'm trying to sort the filtered results. i.e. when I filter Candidates on location, how can I sort the location alphabaticcaly? Thanks in advance, OnnoSetup menu improvements in Zoho Recruit
Hello everyone, This is to inform you that we have made minor changes in the Setup menu inside Zoho Recruit. The new menu groups similar features and decreases the time to access a particular feature. Hi, I wondered how many people use Z Recruit to actually submit candidates to clients but also when prospecting out to 'Contacts'..... We use Z. recruit to send the emails to 'Contacts', however I am trying to streamline and improve our process. At this time we currently run a separate Excel spreadsheet to monitor all the candidates we work with, to calculate CV submission / Interview conversion etc. Does anyone use Z recruit to fully submit / prospect candidates, and therefore does this enable youZoho Integrations on Mobile Zoho Recruit Mobile App
Hello I recently downloaded the Zoho Recruit App on my iPhone and notice that I’m unable to send documents for signing to candidates from within the App through the ZohoSign integration I had previously installed in my Desktop portal. I ended up downloading the ZohoSign App on my phone as well, but then I noticed that I would have to upload the document manually to the candidate ZohoRecruit profile in order to link the document to a specific candidate profile. It would be great to include assessments and the ability to review results and submit evaluations within the candidate quick view. If you currently review candidates in list view - you need to click on the 'quick view' to review their profile and the exit out of quick view to go into the assessment view. Hello, After I do an Advanced Search for candidates, and I bring back results, I would like to be able to sort that list alphabetically by any of the columns. I.e. name or just title. Is there a way to do this? When I click on any of those column headers, it just gives me the option to Search, but not to sort in ascending or descending alphabetical order. Hello, there must be some kind of a bug in the system. Some fields are not working when we want to fill them in. 1. Job Openings Module when entering an Account Manager to a new Job Opening, it offers a list of possibilities/names, however when we click on one of them, nothing appears in the field. When the Job Opening is saved, the name is finally there. It just does not appear when creating the Job Opening 2. It is rather annoying that one cannot have a pick list in tabular - especially when once ask for a specific details. For example: In Professional details there is a field "Highest Qualification" - a pick list is specified. Then in Educational details - "Degree" : Sometimes that two does not match because people us abbreviations, different terminology. When a candidate is added to the system, we have the option to send them a GDPR email. We also have boxes we can tick to say that psychometrics have been sent and also received. When these are ticked, the system will still require us to tell it that this has been done, or will log it as an overdue task. This means we have to both do a task AND then tell the system we've done it as well! These are not the only unnecessary tasks - but they are the most annoying. Hello, it would be very helpful, if we could set our own period of repetition, ie bimonthly, quarterly, each 6 months, etc. Tasks can be planned only daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. I am the super admin for our Zoho Recruit account. We have one user account for general use, basically for a contractor to clean up the records, etc. The person who was running this account left so I need to remove their mobile number from the system. I'm curious to know if anyone here has linked their candidate's PDF report from Codility to Zoho Recruit maybe by using APIs? Currently, we are pasting the URL PDF Report in each candidate's profile so I want to find out if anyone was successful in doing this automatically. I would like to them use this data to measure the profitability of an assignment, also so we can recharge hours to different cost centres. Hi, I would like to suggest, if you could add a feature where a talent will automatically be created when filling in an interview with a candidate details. Example: I have a single line fields for the candidates informations under interview module. When i fill in that fields. Many times it happens that we work for same positions for many clients. Lets take example of Java developer. we have requirement with 4 clients. and suppose 1 candidate is associated in all 4 positions without our knowing. There should be some indicator which shows that this candidate is already applied for more than 1 positions and these were the last status for each position.
