Its great that with ZOHO Recruit we can change the language setting within the application. But the job boad for example is in english. We really need an option to see the details in French... or be able modify the field names/labels in the customize tab to French. It seems currently this isnt possible... SO a data tracking page allowing users to track how many phone calls were made within a given time period, along with being able to use google voice login credentials and telephone number to call from their GV number. Hello, it would be very helpful, if it was possible to be able to add a pop-up window to each field with instructions what and how to fill it. I think we all struggle with the fact that employees fill in data incorrectly - format, content, etc (although having a very detailed manual what and how to fill the fields). We have just migrated from Insightly to Zoho Recruit, I think Recruit is a great application! The only functionality I lack from Insightly is a quick instant generic search field that will search all tabs. If I want to search for a person in Recruit I have to point to the magnifier (to the right) and then turn to the other side and change the tab to All (since I am not sure if it is a Contact or Candidate), put the cursor on the search field, erase the old text and type what I want to search for.Add notes for a Contact or Candidate from Outlook plugin
Today it is possible to add a received or sent mail from the Outlook plugin into Zoho Recruit Contacts and/or Candidates. In addition to adding the email, it is possible to add a note. In many cases, there is no need to save the email if you save a note. Could you consider giving the option to just save the note without saving the email? When deleting an item, a pop-up windows is shown with a question to confirm the operation. The OK is preselected with a visual read button indication. To confirm you have to move the mouse to the box and select the button with a mouse click. This is very time consuming and cumbersome. I think the concept of confirming a delete of something is good. Hello, it would be very helpful, if it we could define a set of tags and assign them to matrix positions we could define. When adding a candidate, we would just choose the predefined set and assign the tags in a bulk. Reason: Tags are a great tool for searching candidates, but only when they are filled in in a right way and all of them. However they take time to fill.
