When resume is submitted, client should be able to just click on candidate availability and then when client books the candidate email should come to recruiter contact and then candidate should get email or atleast the candidate should get a booking SudheerEmail error

Hello, I have created a Zap so when a candidate book a time slot in my calendar with Calendly, Zapier creates automatically an interview into Zoho Recruit. It works well but to create the interview, it takes into consideration the name (first and last name) of the candidate to find it back into Zoho Recruit. And as I have candidates with the same names into Recruit, it happens that the interviewed created is not with the right candidate. To create the interview, it should be linked with the emailZohoRecruit account closed but ZohoMail account still active
I realise that when staff leave and we close their ZohoRecruit accounts, that their Mail accounts remain active. It's an additional process to close the accounts which is problematic as accessing accounts often requires an sms code (sent to the ex-staff member's phone). When I try to rename template in Zoho Recruit, my new name always reverts back to the original name after automatic save or tap on enter. Hello, it would be very helpful and save a lot of time and troubles, if users could predefine a set of tags for matrix candidates. Tags can be very helpful if filled in and save a lot of time if they are filled in correctly and all of them. Consultants are often very resistant, not filling the tags properly (due to time reasons). We are using broadbean for different paid jobboards ( reed, cvlibrary.. ) and free jobboards (find a job, adzuna...) and twitter, linkedin, facebook... i find that when 1st part of the process , posting jobs from our clients we do in broadbean as it's populate all the info for the jobboards instantly , however we want to do all the process in zoho recruit, but here we are duplicating job. how do you usually is the best work for this tools?Job Status Categories

Hello, 1) I notice that in the column (Posting title), you've added the job opening ID in addition to the name of the client and the job title. Is there a way to delete it from there as to me, this is not useful and it makes the cell bigger, and therefore the column longer. Hello, When I want to change candidate status by clicking to the icon under the quick preview mode, it opens a window so I can change it, but it is not related to any job and I can't select one too.
