I just submitted a request a few moments ago and I noticed that even if we do have the candidate's email address, Zapier will only find the candidate but it does not offer the option to enter the interview date in Recruit! This creates a lot of manual data entry. Any solutions or is there a way to complete the updating process with automation in Zoho?Zapier
I would like to be able to have my appointments updated in the Recruit app. When I create a Zap on Zapier it does not offer the option to search for the candidate by name only email address. We don't always receive the candidate's email address especially when we get referrals from Indeed.Zoho AI

Hello - if you are using an assessment form it would be handy to have both the CV and the assessment form side by side to work through with the candidates. As more job boards are added, there continues to be more specific information each of the job boards require, which is completely understood. It would be great to be able to pull this data from a job posting directly as opposed to having to do the drop downs each time. The use case for this is, it may be someone else doing the posting, than who wrote the job order and just to improve ease of use. I would like to be able to track calls that are made to new candidates in zoho recruit. SO a data tracking page allowing users to track how many phone calls were made within a given time period, along with being able to use google voice login credentials and telephone number to call from their GV number. I think there's an API already for CRM. Can we use it in recruit as well? I think GV is going to end this year, but maybe design it for Google Hangouts so we can use that call platform? Hello, it would be very helpful, if it was possible to be able to add a pop-up window to each field with instructions what and how to fill it. I think we all struggle with the fact that employees fill in data incorrectly - format, content, etc (although having a very detailed manual what and how to fill the fields). This requires extra work correcting the data afterwards. This could be limited if there was a customizable pop-up window with a short instruction what and how to fill in the field. We have just migrated from Insightly to Zoho Recruit, I think Recruit is a great application! The only functionality I lack from Insightly is a quick instant generic search field that will search all tabs. If I want to search for a person in Recruit I have to point to the magnifier (to the right) and then turn to the other side and change the tab to All (since I am not sure if it is a Contact or Candidate), put the cursor on the search field, erase the old text and type what I want to search for.Add notes for a Contact or Candidate from Outlook plugin
Today it is possible to add a received or sent mail from the Outlook plugin into Zoho Recruit Contacts and/or Candidates. In addition to adding the email, it is possible to add a note. In many cases, there is no need to save the email if you save a note. Could you consider giving the option to just save the note without saving the email? The email may contain information that have to be clean out within a certain time period due to the GDPR regulation. When deleting an item, a pop-up windows is shown with a question to confirm the operation. The OK is preselected with a visual read button indication. To confirm you have to move the mouse to the box and select the button with a mouse click. This is very time consuming and cumbersome. I think the concept of confirming a delete of something is good. Hi there. I am building a site for a recruiter and have a few questions regarding an integration between Zoho Recruit and WordPress. What the client wants is for to publish jobs within ZR and have these jobs automatically pushed to his WP powered website, each job would have an application form, data from this is mapped back to ZR. Hello, it would be very helpful, if it we could define a set of tags and assign them to matrix positions we could define. When adding a candidate, we would just choose the predefined set and assign the tags in a bulk. Reason: Tags are a great tool for searching candidates, but only when they are filled in in a right way and all of them. However they take time to fill. Hello, I have created a Zap so when a candidate book a time slot in my calendar with Calendly, Zapier creates automatically an interview into Zoho Recruit. It works well but to create the interview, it takes into consideration the name (first and last name) of the candidate to find it back into Zoho Recruit. And as I have candidates with the same names into Recruit, it happens that the interviewed created is not with the right candidate. To create the interview, it should be linked with the emailZohoRecruit account closed but ZohoMail account still active
I realise that when staff leave and we close their ZohoRecruit accounts, that their Mail accounts remain active. It's an additional process to close the accounts which is problematic as accessing accounts often requires an sms code (sent to the ex-staff member's phone). When I try to rename template in Zoho Recruit, my new name always reverts back to the original name after automatic save or tap on enter.
