How can we add new possibilities to the name's field in formatted resumes ?email link - target="_blank"
It would be great to have this added, so we remain on the correct screen upon clicking a candidates / clients email address. I use Zoho for automated/templated-emails and rarely ad-hoc emails. So this feature would make using Zoho seemless.Request opt-in email templates
Hello, Two things about the Request Opt-In function I would like to see it modified. 1) When I click on "Request Opt-In" for a candidate, I would like to have the choice to select amongst different templates I would have previously created . At the moment, I only have one template to appear (I can review and modify it but I do not want to modify the text manually each time). In fact, I do not ask for "Request Opt-in" at the same stage of the relationship with candidates, with everyone of them. SomeSetting up interviews in different times zones
When I spoke to your team 5 months ago, it was mentioned that you developing to schedule interviews for different time zones (like windows email). When we submit a candidate to client and client reject the application. It goes as rejected. My question: The candidate is rejected in hiring pipeline for a specific opening. When a recruiter is reviewing their My Actions, there is limited benefit as they need to leave the page to view a candidate before they can make a decision on the Action they want to take. Hello, it would be great if there was a possibility of creating a Candiddate Report/presentation for a Client from fields in Zoho. It should be fully customizable, since users submit different information to the client. It would help a lot. At the moment we have to: 1. fill in the fields in Zoho (to keep the information) 2. make a separate report for a client with the same information 3. save the document for future use This results into a fact that consultants fill just a minimum of informationVendor record
The Vendor records should have a related list letting you know which jobs you have shared. I should be able to go to the vendor and see all submitted candidates AND all shared jobs from that screen. This helps greatly with vendor management and analysis.Menu in Preview Panel
Hello, In the preview panel for candidates profiles, there is a menu with a few items and three dots to open a submenu (see the attachment). But I also notice there is still room on the right of the dots (in red), allowing us to have more items displayed and using as much width as possible. Why not using this free space ? For now, in Hiring Pipeline we cannot assign same picklist status in the different stages for eg:- If I have the stages like: 1. Screening 2. Interview by Phone 3. Job Interview 4. Hired 5. Hello, Sometimes, clients ask us to stay confidential, to do not share or publish job adverts and it concerns also our own website. But because I want to centralise all the datas into Zoho Recruit, I create a job opening there, associated candidates as I would normally do, etc... Hello, The "Preview cv" is a nice function, but in addition this, it would be fantastic to have a note section just aside where we could be able to type our interview notes, next to the cv preview. Some people can do that because they have 2 screens but for the rest, it would avoid us to switch between screen/tabs/software (cv then word, then back to cv....). It will be nice if there is an option to have the candidate look at his ratings and reviews from the candidate portal. Also once the employee or contractor joins they might be looking for a next client. It will be good if feedback can be shared seamlessly. It will be good to have option to make tabular sections and other new sections added as tabs with in the module instead of scrolling down every time. The majority of our applications come through our custom API integration and seems like rarely/ever does tabular data for Experience & Education get parsed. I'm wondering if resumes go through parsing with that method or if parsing only applies to candidate records created by other methods? Thanks!intergration

In candidate login candidate should be able to view status of his application. The workflow set in candidate recruit based on what fields can be made available to able to view. Also send a snap shot of latest status every week if he opts in. Most of the companies don't provide feedback and end up losing candidates. Hi, Currently we have it setup so that whenever a candidate applies for a job through one of the job boards, our recruiters get an E-mail with the details of the candidate and the CV attached. This has always worked great. It is still working now, except the CV is not being attached anymore. In the templates section, there is a template called "Candidate Association" which we used for this. I have added a screenshot showing that attachment category is set to "Resume". How can we see a report to show what jobs are expiring and/or expired so we can repost job for another 30 days? Right now we are having to go into each job post manually to check if any job boards are expired or going to expire.
