Formatted resume not working
Hello, We have uploaded our Formatted/Branded resume template document and have copied and pasted the required merge field value into the template document mail merge fields as per the procedure. We then upload the template document as per the procedure. However, when we generate a formatted resume through the candidate page, the merge fields do not display the values (data) from the database even though we have used various syntax formats.Multiple From email Addresses
Is it possible to have three email addresses to chose one for a specific candidate to reply ? Example: I work for 3 companies A, B, and C. 5 candidate applied and i want to reply to these candidates from different "Send From " email addresses. Would like to reply candidate 3 with email address from company B or Candidate 5th from email A. Is this option available in zoho Recruit? Hello, I have noticed that it is not possible to change a status of a Call to Completed. Actually, it is possible to change it, but the changed status does not stay. Scheduled and even made calls stay in open To Dos. Can you please fix this? Dear users, do you have the same experience when contacting the customer support? It happens to me so many times that the customer support doesn´t often reflect the issue described in my emails at all (I even attach prtscrns). I always described the problem, in a detail, I also add a description of anything what I have done to fix the problem and if it might help, I also attach a prtscrn. None of this works. Hello, the system is very good. It is great that you keep on innovating the system and add new functionalites. However, please: 1. let the users know concerning all the updates and changes, not only some, the major ones, but also about the little ones. they influence our work a lot 2. use at least some structure and plan in innovations - from the user point of view they seem very chaotic, coming randomly, very often influencing processes and automation that have already been in place. It causes aError while parsing new resumes.
Hi everyone, from last 3 hours, I've been experiencing a problem while uploading new resumes to the Zoho Recruit. it is showing a dialogue box with a message "An error occurred, please try after some time". Hello, we would welcome an option, when adding a note to a Candidate or a Contact, to be able to add it to multiple job openings. Many times the Caniddate is presented to more job openings. When we add a note concerning a communication with the Candidate associated to more job openings, we have to enter the same note multiple times to see the note also at the particular job opening. Each job opening = 1 entry. It makes quite a mess in the candidate records and also requires multiple entry. MiroslavaDefault Note Tyoe

HI I want to set some fields as mandatory requirements under Candidates section once a particular status/stage is reached. This is easily achievable in Zoho CRM using Layout Rules but it is not possible in Z Recruits.
