Customizing Zoho Recruit to my Company's needs

We were advised today that LinkedIn has evaluated the Job Posting API, utilized by Zoho Recruit, and they have decided to deprecate this technology effective March 31, 2019. They have told us that Zoho was already notified of this - can you please provide a greater understanding why this is happening and if there is a proposed fix? When I submit candidates through Zoho, I can never double check the names of candidates I'm submitting unless I copy the email and back out of it. It would be nice to list the names on the left-hand side where you show the number of candidates being submitted. thanks NicoleContact Support Page

The quick view for candidates is great an also the recent changes to assessments. It would be great if the assessment results could be viewed in the quick view window. Even if you had the rating at the top of the view with their name and you could click on the rating to see the associated assessments. We started using this Zoho Recruit a bit backwards. We were using it just for candidates/clients but now I need to go back and associate the candidates with the clients that hired them. How do I do this? We have a lot of candidates in the system that is hired but I need to assign them to the clients. Hi Zoho team, I use a lot the Pipeline View in my dashboard to manage the applications. It would be interesting to have : - a few options to display the list as we wish (alphabetical order with the posting titles, alphabetical order with the company names,) - at the end/beginning of the list, having a "Total" row where all roles are merged in one line (and so each stage would merge also all the candidates). Hi, I am trying to see if anyone has a solution for bulk deleting emails sent to 'Contacts'. We've used Z Recruit for 5-years, and constantly have to upgrade our storage. I was told by Support that the only way to delete sent emails is to individually go in to each contact, and delete individual emails....how can this be the case? I have over 6,000 'Contacts' so this is a real worry for the on-going costs. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.Different Pipelines For Different Clients

Hello, I was trying the Source Booster functionality for Indeed, and I realize when i was clicking to "Add to Zoho recruit", no cv was imported. It seems as though when I schedule an interview and share an iCal with all individuals involved, it creates separate calendar meetings for every individual. Also, even if I update the time of the Interview record itself within Zoho Recruit and share with everyone involved it creates all new calendar meetings rather than updating the pre-existing calendar meetings. I believe it is essential to add the option of manual candidate approval for CVs being parsed from the resume inbox. Not only through webforms. This way, when we receive a CV through email it goes to the "Candidate Approval" tab where we can decide which we want to keep or not. As a recruitment agency, we receive a lot of CVs by email and do not wish to keep every one of them. Having them in the "Candidate Approval" Tab would be very useful so we can select the ones we wish to add to our database.Search Bar
We really like the enhancements that were recently made to the search bar. Our only dislike is that it stays on the screen and blocks the menus under it. Then you have to select the X to close it to get to those menu items. It would be nice if it closed automatically.Events - ICS file - attendees to be private
We are using Events in Zoho Recruit for internal purposes, which works well. We'd like to also use Events for public promotional / information sessions in which case the invitees details should be kept private from the other people we invite. I noticed that the invited participants names and email addresses appear in the ICS file that is downloaded. Can that be changed? Hello, There is an issue with the "in the last" email status filter as it does not give any result. For example, I sent emails today which have been opened. If I select the filter "today", "this week" or another, it works. If I select "in the last xx days/weeks", there are no results.Web Tabs and Mail Tab
It would be great if the restriction on adding other Zoho apps was fixed for WebTabs since there is no quick launch button. Currently the color codes associated with Candidates are very dull and dim. Can't even figure out anything using those color codes. 1) The color codes a little larges and shaded types. It should be bold and highlighted otherwise the whole purpose of having color codes is defeated 2) Your resume auto matching algos poor. I have had several instances where the Algos rated a candidate less than 20% but they were shortlisted by clients. I personally view all the resumes irrespective of the scores. ManyCandidate Status

Hi I'm a new user of Zoho in the middle of the free trial. The main app I'm interested in is recruit. I currently use text messaging to contact applicants but my current ATS and texting system are not connected. I'm looking forward to the integration with Zoho but am not sure how to get it set up. We noticed a new feature of Zoho Recruit where we can now view the candidate's resume by clicking on the resume button beside the social media icons. This is very handy; however, only 2 choices are presented for quick viewing - the candidate's resume and the formatted resume.
