Candidate Status
It would be nice if in Recruiter, the candidate status automatically changed to "Contacted" when you send an email to a Candidate. Currently I have to change this manually.Mass Candidate Update

Hi I'm a new user of Zoho in the middle of the free trial. The main app I'm interested in is recruit. I currently use text messaging to contact applicants but my current ATS and texting system are not connected. I'm looking forward to the integration with Zoho but am not sure how to get it set up. I have seen the list of SMS providers like Twilio but am still unsure how it works. Is there a link somewhere explaining how to get it set up and how to put it to use?Interview scheduling
Hello ! I love Z recruit. There is one feature I'd like to get. While scheduling interviews, I type again and again my office address (99% of the time candidates come visit me). The edit button for candidates is one of the most used buttons for us, yet it is hidden in the context button as a secondary one. It would be much more time saving if it is directly available for us when a candidate profile is opened. Regards.Zoho resume extractor

We noticed a new feature of Zoho Recruit where we can now view the candidate's resume by clicking on the resume button beside the social media icons. This is very handy; however, only 2 choices are presented for quick viewing - the candidate's resume and the formatted resume. Hello, I know we can create rules depending on actions (change of candidate's status would send a specific email template for example), but I would like to have it work the other way around (sending a specific existing template would change a field or the candidate's status). Hello, To properly manage high volume of candidates, it would be very interesting to be able to create alerts (popup or others..) depending on the status of an email sent (ie, 2 days after an email has been sent, still with a pending status (delivered/sent) but not yet opened or clicked). Hello, I would like to create online tests (or quizz or assessments, whatever you call it) for evaluating candidates' skills (with different sort of questions : text, multiple choice, etc..). I recently tried to create an Assessment to collect certain info. from our candidates, but identified a few lacking features we'd need to see: - The public-facing TITLE of the Assessment can't be changed. What the candidate sees is always "Pre-screening Assessment for [Job Title]".
