How have ZohoRecruit users configured ZohoCRM?
Hi, we have been long time users of ZohoRecruit and more recently ZohoCRM to track the sales activity of our Consultants. How have other recruitment agencies configured ZohoCRM to suit their business? When do you move a lead to a potential? Do you track the $$ value? What stages do you use for potentials? Any sharing would be appreciated.outbound caller id
you should allow to change the outbound caller id with your twilio integration. twilio allows verifying phone numbers. so if a number if verified then users should be able to use that as outbound numberModified Time

Hello, In Zoho recruit we currently have three different career websites configured where our jobs are posted. If a candidate applies through one of these sites, the source in the candidates tab is shown as “Embed”. How can we change this to reflect the website they came from. Hi All I have been tasked with cleaning up our database and removing candidates that have not replied of been on contact for over 1 year. Does anyone know of a report I can run? The difficulty I am having is that if i run a report on last modified it takes into account the last time we emailed a candidate. i simply want to run the report that shows me candidates that have not replied to us in over a year. Currently, Interviews Module is not connected to job openings module. It is a module by itself and requires manual interventions (amendments). It is also not connected to calendar on Zoho Recruit. This doesn't make the features on Zoho Recruit that seamless. It's hard to track the progress if both modules are not connected. Interviews module fields should be populated with live or in-progress jobs on Job Opening Modules automatically. Please look into it.Candidates>Address box>New option

Updating Individual Interviews is a challenge. Can we have an upload feature . Where we update an interview sheet in XL - the way i do it currently - and upload it on zoho once at the end of the day. Currently the process is too comber - some and slow. And not worth the effort.for one more email id

We can no more configure what to share with a formatted resume. We have to share email addresses of our candidates with our customers. Is there a way to configure what to share with customers through formatted resumes? I performed an advanced search today using an added criteria of job title containing "engineer". The result brought up 319 candidates from my database of 2275 candidates. I then mass-associated the first 100 results to a job opening. Upon associating the first 100, Zoho took me back to 2275 candidates, not the 319 specific to the advanced search I performed. I was attempting to mass associate all 319 to one job opening and couldn't do it as there is only 100 per page.Interview screen

In the Hiring Pipeline, I do not have the "change status icon" anymore, which was close to the pen to edit the candidate profile (see attachment, only the edit function is still there). There is no way for us to edit the contact status to candidate status. It'll be great if Zoho Recruit can add AI for checking suitability of candidates as per new Job requirement. For example, moment we created new Job opening in Zoho Recruit, the system can display a complete set of matching candidates which are already in database. Cyprus is not catered for when editing uploaded CV's. For example, our capital is named Nicosia but the system defaults that entry to the place with the same name in Italy. Similarly, zip/post codes in the system are not attributed to selections for this country.Inflexible CV fields

Mail Chimp integration unusable because you only sink first name, last name, and email...anyone that's actually done an email marketing campaign knows this is not enough. You just need to include the Mail Chimp standard fields, not custom fields. This is very important to us (and others - see your feedback to the app on the app store). Hi, When i am trying to make changes to a candidate and try to save, i get the error "UNAUTHORIZED TO ASSOCIATE". What could be the cause of this? As far as i am aware, this has always worked.
