Hello, I know we can create rules depending on actions (change of candidate's status would send a specific email template for example), but I would like to have it work the other way around (sending a specific existing template would change a field or the candidate's status). By doing it this way I would still be able to change status without having an email automatically sent (which I do not want to do every time, sometimes I had the candidate over the phone and he knows all the details, I don'tEmail status alerts
Hello, To properly manage high volume of candidates, it would be very interesting to be able to create alerts (popup or others..) depending on the status of an email sent (ie, 2 days after an email has been sent, still with a pending status (delivered/sent) but not yet opened or clicked). It would allow us to do a great follow up of contacts we try to get with candidates (bear in mind that it is not uncommon that we have to contact people many times - by email, chat, phone - before we succeed toApply with LinkedIn
Hi, I understand that your new feature Apply with LinkedIn is available to only LinkedIn Recruiter Accounts It would be meaningful if you could roll out the feature to just about everyone and not just limiting to LinkedIn Paid Account Holders. Hello, I would like to create online tests (or quizz or assessments, whatever you call it) for evaluating candidates' skills (with different sort of questions : text, multiple choice, etc..). But as I do not want candidates to use Internet to find out the answers, it would be necessary to have at least a time tracking feature (being able to know how long it took the candidate to reply to all questions. I recently tried to create an Assessment to collect certain info. from our candidates, but identified a few lacking features we'd need to see: - The public-facing TITLE of the Assessment can't be changed. What the candidate sees is always "Pre-screening Assessment for [Job Title]". This is OK for a skills assessment, but what if we're collecting other information, like Compliance info (gender, race, etc.)? I am trying to find a solution to a problem we are experiencing. If a candidate applies through one of these sites, the source in the candidates tab is shown as “Embed”. How can we change this to reflect the website they came from. Currently, Interviews Module is not connected to job openings module. It is a module by itself and requires manual interventions (amendments). It is also not connected to calendar on Zoho Recruit. This doesn't make the features on Zoho Recruit that seamless. It's hard to track the progress if both modules are not connected. Interviews module fields should be populated with live or in-progress jobs on Job Opening Modules automatically. Please look into it.Candidates>Address box>New option
