The most important value proposition of any recruiting solution is the ability to reach more candidates with less effort. Lack of this feature is the only reason that is kind of making us think about other solutions. You guys made tremendous improvements and I believe mass mailing will complete and complement your product. Think about it!QUICK SEARCH Bar - Pain in the Bum :-)
In Bullhorn we were used to quite an epic quick search bar - you would essentially start typing the first letters of the record and then the second name and it would bring up possible record matches in a drop down. You would not have to search candidates or contacts separately, it would always run a search on the whole system. For example if we wanted to find John Smith, we could type "j smi" or "jo s" or "john s" etc etc and it would find the nearest matches really easily. This was the same forAdding notes and files
Can you please add to one of the many drop down boxes the ability to add a quick note or a file? Rather than opening the file and scrolling down to the notes or the docs and adding there. I know I can add from the viewer screen but it's just as many steps... Thank you!Viewing resumes

I would love to see when a candidate sends an email with a resume the file can be updated with new info and be attached to file as an attachment. Currently when opening an email on the candidate file with resume attached there is no way to attach it to the file unless you download it and attach it manually or send it via email bux....doing that doesn't update the info on the file though. I would also love to see when you open a resume within Zoho if you click on the contact info or right click orUsing the search query
Hi, 1. In the previous version when you would search a candidate/job opening etc. after you'd receive the results, the name that you searched would be at the top of the page regardless of whether or not it found what you were looking for. ie: when i search someone on the network now unless I search under "ALL" and not under "candidate"/ "job opening" etc. I won't see what I searched, in this case the name of the candidate. Hello, A major bugbear for me in Zoho Recruit is the tiny size of the photo in the candidate profile. In the previous version, the photo size was small, in the new version of Zoho Recruit, which is a big improvement on the previous version, the photo size is even smaller, it's very difficult to see. Whilst this may not be a problem in North America, it most certainly is for people like myself who deal in Europe, and where a standard identity sized photo is the norm on a CV. My staff will primarily consist of Chinese people and they struggle with English names but know the faces very well as they watch all the recruitment videos of each candidate. Hello, I would like to ask if you could adjust Zoho that not only candidates submitted to the client through Zoho, but all candidates where the Candidate status changes to submitted, showed in an overview of submitted candidates in the Job Opening and also that it was visible in an overview of Client Submissions in the Candidate Module. Hi, Would it be possible to add multiple templates to the Formatted Resume section? Right now we can use 1 format. With multiple clients having different formats, this is not really working well. Would it also be possible to make it a bit more detailed. Let's say i want to add the work experience of a candidate to a formatted CV, i can select "Experience Details (Tabular)". I spent hours and hours last year creating a full template in word and uploading to Zoho, with a few initial problems that were solved through a few calls back and forward to Zoho all was working. The format worked perfectly for over a year, suddenly the template that I uploaded to Zoho is no longer there and there is no option to upload a template as there previously was. Looking to see if anyone has gotten the migration tool to move from .com to .eu to work? The migration tool we attempted last was half baked at best & not really fit for purpose. It would be VERY helpful on the lists in the modules (Candidate, Contact, Client) if the list that pulled up when you first go into the module by clicking in the menu bar arranged the list by the most frequently used in the last 30 days. For example, I go to client InnVite Hospitality a lot to look up the address. Since I frequently have visited that record in the last 30 days, it should be at the top of the list when I enter the Client module. Hello, I realize that depending on where you are on Zoho Recruit, the steps to associate candidates to jobs are a bit different. I explain myself : 1) - if you are on a list of candidates, you can associate one (or more) candidates to jobs by doing that : select candidate(s) with the check box/3 dots button/associate job openings/type the name of the client/search... I have been using Zoho Recruit Enterprise Edition for years today, I decided to give Zoho One a try. It automatically entered me into a trial period which was fine but when I tried to access my Zoho Recruit, it stated that I need to go ahead and upgrade Zoho One to a paid account. So I did that and there were not charges. I tried Zoho One and it did not do what I thought it would which was actually link all of the apps together. Anyone here experiencing problems with tracking emails sent to candidates from Zoho Recruit? It used to work until about 2 weeks ago, where most of the emails will remain in "sent" status. I had done tests as well as received responses from candidates, but the status still shows "sent" or at best "delivered". Support is not really helpful.
