Associate Candidates to Job Openings - FRUSTRATING - GRRRR :-)
Hi Zoho, When we want to associate a candidate to a job opening from the Job Opening List or Job Opening record, it brings up ALL Candidates for ALL Recruiters. If i am going to associate a candidate, it will most likely be a Recently Added or Recently Actioned Candidate that falls under me as an owner. Can we please change this so that when you look to an associate a candidate to a job opening via the job opening record or list, that it defaults to MY RECENTLY VIEWED/ACTIONED candidates? Hello, this is a longterm problem, however, it causes a lot of time consuming manual entries. When a candidate sends an application to a job posting where there are more than 1 attachments (always) only one attachment gets really attached into attachments, others not. We are especially fighting with applications from one job board, which contain an html file which gets always parsed, but is completely useless. We have to then manually download the actual CV and other important attachments and alsoA modal blocks everything in candidates tab

Hi, I'm struggling with the GDPR consent process in ZoHo. I've run several test candidates and have either "consented" or "declined" to see what happens from my, and the candidates, point of view. From the candidate perspective it's clean. It would be nice to be able to edit the message a candidate sees AFTER they choose consent or decline to make it more friendly and add branding but it's ok. Hello, is there a way how to make some tags to be filled in automatically when the candidate is entered in the database? Instead of having to click Attachments on a record and preview to see a candidates CV from their record, it would be great if there was a preview box with their CV on the actual Candidate record main page. Anything to reduce clicks is helpful.Candidate Module
I need to make a change in Education Detail section. Because Degree translation to spanish is not accurate for us, I need to change the field label or create a new field with the right label, but I'm not allowed to delete/change the degree field. For example, if we go to the Candidates List and run a search, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to edit the fields displayed, rather than clicking on every profile individually. Hi, Good Day. I would just like to inquire about sending emails to candidates in zoho recruit. As I understand, the sender of the emails will only be users of zoho recruit. When we run a candidate search and use the Preview Pane (Binocular View), to review Candidates we have to individually open their profile to tag or shortlist interesting candidates. This kind of destroys the beenefits of the preview pane to an extent as you want to be be able to make an action. In bullhorn for example, you can add a tag or shortlist to a vacancy. This way if you are running a database search of 500 candidates you can quickly shortlist your favourites, then at the end go to the vacancy,Blueprints
I would be useful if the window didn't close when you save a blueprint. When designing a blueprint it good to save as you progress and continually having to reopen it is frustratingLAST ACTIVITY TIME

Hello, I am not sure if this is technically a "new" feature but I have a suggestion. I would like the Alert emails via set up workflows to come from "notifications@zohorecruit.com". All of the "@usernames" emails come from "notificaitons@zohorecruit.com" and this works really well. I was hoping for all notificaitons to come from the same email. There is a sub-form under Candidates called Certifications. However, the information we enter there can't be used in the left-hand "filter candidates by" or in the Zoho Recruit reports. and I'm being asked if that's something we could include in a report. Doesn't appear in the field list or associated items available for reports, however. So I'm guessing the answer is no. Is there a workaroundAdvanced Search
At the moment within advanced search whilst searching for Associated Tags it is a bit long winded to create a search revolving around Contains and Doesn't Contain. We have Tags that contain similar words/phrases. Would it be possible to add the Is command into the options? Hi Zoho, As per GDPR regulations you have to seperate opt ins for marketing and giving details to third parties. We need two opt in buttons on the application form to be able to do this.
