Hello, I have tried to generate an alert so that users are notified when a note s interested on either a job they are working or a candidate they are working with, however, it is not sending the email. Can someone help me set this up?Job Opening
Hi Zoho I am struggling with Job Opening Module. there are a lot of updates required for that module. such as: - More enhanced Toolbar - the preview is very limited when editing a job opening specially with job description. - when you post the job on your website it is not aligned properly. it looks ugly please give some attention to Job opening. thanks Ayaz RajaCareer website - Ability to add different logo's on jobs published.
Good morning, We work with a lot of different companies placing apprenticeship placements with us. We would like the ability to change the logo on each job we add and publish. This is not unusual for staffing agencies, to have the ability as they work on behalf of other client's. Hi there, After numerous back and forth emails from zoho support (thank you, I appreciate it!), we've discovered that we cannot have the candidates listed First Name, then Last Name AND also sorted alpha by last name. We would still really like to do this! We do not particularly like seeing the names 'Last Name First Name,' as it is a little confusing. But the only way to have our list sorted alpha by last name was if we changed the name format to 'Last name First name.' Now, even the 'Interviewer'Associating Note with Job Opening
When I create a note on a candidate, there is a checkbox that says, "Add this note to the Job Opening record." When I check that box, it opens a field where the job opening can be entered by hand, or selected from a list of jobs the candidate is associated with. If the candidate is only associated with one job, please auto-populate that field with the job.Client ID needs to be added to Client Emails, not only Contact ID
Client Emails need to have both Client ID as well as Contact ID. Currently, when moving a Contact to a new Client, the emails do not then show in the Client record to which the Emails pertain. The Client loses the important communication which pertains to that Client, but shows in the new Client to which the information does not belong. This is a small but very important oversight and error in the configuration -- the Emails were correctly configured to include Client ID in the previous version ofChoosing Fields to be displayed in Sections of Client records
When viewing a Client record and hovering over the [+ New] button in the top right of the following sections -- Job Openings Contacts Interviews Member Clients To-Dos ... a drop down button [ˇ] appears which allows the choice of which fields are displayed from the section on the Client record. From this drop down menu it's possible to select the fields to be displayed using the check boxes. The drop down button [ˇ] next to the [+ New] button should always be visible, in order to make the featureAll candidates view
Hello It's been a while since I have this issue with the "all candidates" view, where there is no filter or criterias. So logically, all my candidates should appear there. However I noticed that's not the case, some of them are not appearing in the list (and I can find them back with the search bar), and at this moment with this view, I only have 32 candidates appearing (instead of the thousands one that are in my ATS). Hi all, has anyone else had a problem with Zoho App text being automatically re-sized unnecessarily large, perhaps when using an external monitor or even a large laptop screen? I am trying to add a custom button in zoho recruit and I created a button with existing function in gallery (Screening candidates). When I try to run the function by clicking on the button I didn't get any response (even though I haven't done any changes to the existing function). I tried with and without providing my authtoken. I think this would be a really helpful feature. In fact, i went through a lot of trouble since this feature is not there. We have an external DB where we accumulate candidate info. I imported all the data through 'Import from spreadsheet' and then we began using Zoho, tagging candidates, writing interview comments etc. Now, there were some two additional fields added to our DB and i wanted to import those fields too (we have some 3000+ candidates) and not lose the changes that we had made in ZohoImplement assessment feature

Hi, I recently tried to solve inputting URLs into URL fields in ZOHO recruit with special characters such as ě š č ř ž ý á í é ú ů but ZOHO field does not accept these URLs as valid. Would it be possible to incorporate into this field type the feature to automatically encode the "offending" character into percent codes? As an example: petr-štěp petr-%C5%A1t%C4%9Bp because apparently that is an acceptable format for ZOHO URL. We require the feature of resume view embedded in your app, when we are taking interview, we have to click on attachment which sometimes is not there, and if its there it opens to another 3rd party application, which we have to switch to again to the recruit app. Also the summary of experience is not shown in the app, if these can be added it will be greatTwilio SMS Feature Not Practically Usable
When integrating with Twilio, there is only an organization setting for one SMS number to be used. There needs to be a way to setup individual SID's and auth tokens by individual Zoho users. The way it is setup now makes it impossible for multiple people to be in contact via SMS with a candidate. Only one user within the whole organization is notified that that person has responded. We have the option with Twilio to setup multiple numbers. Zoho needs to give us the option of setting up those individualProfiles filling indicator
Hello Zoho team, Do you think it would be possible to have an indicator (percentage, counter,...) letting us know how much the candidate profile is filled into the database. I guess that should be not too complicated to create something, ie if a candidate profile has 20 fields (name, adress, etc...), that would be 100% / 20 = 5% per field which is not empty). PS : keep up the good work replying to all our inquiries as you are doing it lately, and improving the ATS with new features. Hi Team, I am new to ZOHO API and i want to integrate our organization's Biometric system with ZOHO using Zoho's Attendance API. When looking at a client, we would like to have immediate visibility into what candidates in our database have worked for that client. Is there a way to associate a candidate with a client (not a job opening, but a client)? I know that on the candidate module, you can fill populate the "Company" field, but that doesn't connect the candidate with a client.
