When the source of customer is "AdWords" and customer start the chat and fill the form (name, telephone, e-mail) of Zoho SalesIQ, SalesIQ automatically create a new "lead" in Zoho CRM, but don´t populate the information of Google ADWords (gclid). In my case ZOHO CRM is already integrated with Google ADWords. This is very useful because we capture a lot of leads with salesIQ and is very important to have the information of google ADWords.

Naming New Visitor Without Email
I often know who's on my site at a given moment (for example, they're on the phone and I direct them to a web page) but do not have their email yet. I'd need to name that visitor for spotting later but although the system assigns them a numeric name to their IP (e.g., 983567) with no other data needed, I cannot change that name to the real one. I have made attempts at building a bot, but Zia does not work in Spanish and I only have very basic knowledge of Deluge. Add option to Block IP address range
At the moment you can only block individual IP addresses. Spammers can come from multiple IP addresses which are assigned dynamically by their internet provider. It would be easier and faster to limit them by being able to block an IP address range than entering individual addresses. Ability to Domain Map to customers Domain
Hi, I noticed that other zoho services can be domain mapped to a clients URL. I have had numerous requests from clients to have a live chat application domain mapped to their domain - in effect white labeling the operators online portal. Can this be done?
