Hi all. I am doing social media for a Blog and I was asking myself: "Is there a way to generate automatic ways to post new blogposts?" Can one integrate Zapier to Zoho Socials? Thank you for your Help!
Can't post on Instagram
Hi all, we're using Zoho for almost 1 year now and suddenly we're facing a problem with one account: we post on Instragram, the platform sends back the usual message "yey, we're live" (or smth), but the post is not published. Happened every single time with that particular account. Any help, please? Ty
ZohoOne user - Can't schedule social media posts
We recently upgraded to ZohoOne with 30+ users. When I head to the scheduled posts tab in Zoho Social, I get this message: You can't schedule any new posts since you're currently on the Social Lite Plan. Upgrade now to start scheduling posts again, or check out all our Pricing plans.

Not able to post on Instagram, Account already connected
I have done already connected Instagram page, but not able to connect it.
zShare button takes me to Social Splash page not publishing
I access Zoho Social through my Zoho One subscription. I am using Firefox for Windows 10. I have the Zoho Social extension installed. When I click on the zShare button at the bottom of a photo I want to share it takes me to the general information page about the product and not the publishing page (see attached screen grab). This is despite me having my Zoho Social Dashboard open at the time in another tab. Can anyone help me with this? TK
Instagram: Best Time to Post is not working
I like seeing the data from my different pages. My Facebook and Twitter account show the "best time to post" but Instagram shows little to no data in that section. Is there a setting I can update to increase the data received? I know I am getting engagement with likes, but they are not reporting at all on Instagram. They are not even showing up in my notifications section.

Twitter DM Request Notifications
Currently from what I can tell Zoho social doesn't notify you of a Direct Message request on Twitter. To me this almost defeats the purpose of this feature. Are there plans, or is there a way to activate notifications of DM requests on Twitter? If not, are there plans to incorporate notifications of a DM request? If so, is there an ETA? Thank You.
Zoho rejecting Instagram business account?
I tried switching to personal then back to business, disconnecting and reconnecting, logging in and out of both Instagram and Zoho, and I keep getting the error message when I try to authenticate. Does the account need to be verified as well as a business account?

duplicating draft posts?
It seems that one single post might contain symbols such as @ or # that might now work across all social media platforms, or linked in won't accept more than one photo. With that issue being my main concern, is it possible to create a post in drafts that I can duplicate and modify to suite each social media platform without having to essentially recreate every post from scratch?

Tenho 3 contas no zoro social e não consigo adicionar clientes a conta. Sempre que tento ele diz q meu numero de licenesas de usuarios esta no maximo. Porem minha intenção n e adicionar um colaborador apenas um cliente para que ele possa auditar e colaborar com a produção de material e as publicações agendadas. Problems with LinkedIn
We've been doing regular posts to Linkedin and company and my profile page all look ok and can be accessed via ZohoSocial. However, a new set of scheduled posts is failing to update the linkedIn pages, but still works with Facebook, GMB, etc. I was going to disconnect and reconnect, but it says all my scheduled posts will be lost (I have about 12 scheduled). The attached error message is received. Before I do anything thought I'd ask. Can anyone help? Thanks Richard

Multiple Facebook pages for single brands
I’m currently using your free trial and have my own agency, I was disappointed to see that I can not have multiple Facebook pages for a single brand. I have 3 different brands that require their business units to have individual Facebook pages for those locations as well as an overall brand page thus allowing these brands to control reviews for certain sites etc. Can I just confirm that the system only allows one facebook page per brand? Is there no way of changing this?
Saved Captions
Much like Facebook has "Saved Replies" in messenger, it would be great to have "Saved Captions" as a button when creating a post. I frequently post a similar contest post once per week and change up the first paragraph (but the rest of the post is the same every week). If I had a "Saved Captions" feature, it would save me time and keep me on Zoho instead of switching back to Publishing Tools and tracking down last week's post to copy & paste. Similarly, many businesses use the same few hashtags
Signature on Posts
Hi team. Would be great to have a signature on Twitter/FB posts, especially from mobile social. Something as simple as allow us for each post to tag it off with a short URL and a couple of hastags. Haven't seen a way of doing this. Would establish post consistency. If I have overlooked an already existing feature, please point me to it. Thanks so much, Kyle

Hello, I am an Australian sole prop. business and am not registered for GST, therefore I cannot tick "I further declare that the enterprise holding this ABN is registered for Australian GST and that the products ordered are to be used in the course for this GST registered enterprise" And so, I cannot buy the Basic Plan. I am trying to provide my client with access to zoho to see scheduled content and reports - according to zoho help: https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/how-do-i-invite-my-clients-to-my-brand-on-zoho-social I should have a Client Member tab in my brand members and rolls page and I don't. When I click "generate lead ad", it takes me to Facebook where I get an error message of "Sorry this content isn't available right now". If anyone has advice on what I'm doing wrong I'd greatly appreciate it.

I've been having issues posting from my laptop with Zoho, but I can post fine from my phone with the app? The only issue I have on the app is that the posts seem to be duplicated and appearing on my social media platforms multiple times? Anyone else had these issues/know how to resolve this? Thanks!
Sync speed/delays with Live Stream / Messages
Hi all, I am trialing Zoho Social as a possible replacement for my current SMM app. The app I am using currently (Social Report) apparently has up to a 48 hour delay with notification of social messages, mentions etc. Apparently this is due to restrictions on the API but I suspect it's much faster with Zoho. Can anyone tell me how quickly Zoho is mean to sync/show notifications of messages and mentions etc? Cheers, Patrick
Instagram Connection
Hi there! Instagram keeps becoming disconnected. I reconnect it and it says it's successful, then I go to post and it says it's disconnected again. I have gone through this process about 5 times in the past 2 minutes. Is anybody else having this issue?
