okay, so i can post to my facebook buisness page from zoho but how do i have it as such that is also concurrently posts to my personal facebook timeline.
Facebook Lead Gen
Hello Some time ago we connected one of our brands (Altana) from Zsocial to ZCRM and the facebook leads of forms fall directly to zcrm without problem. When we wanted to implement it in the rest of the other brands, in one of them the information passes to us but incomplete and in others it simply does not pass to zcrm. The connections and mapping is the same as in the Altana brand that if it works well, could you help me? I have already tried several options and I have not been able to solve it
Multiple Brands
Hi guys, Is anyone else having problems when adding extra brands? We have around 50 brands now and each time we add more brands, we start having more problems. We're getting profiles disconnected more often. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks!
Queue Settings - more options than just 1 time slot
It would be great if, when I go to schedule upcoming posts, I had more than just one option for the Queue. Currently, I am given the option to schedule on the next available Queue slot. But let's say, it's Tuesday and I'm working on a post for Saturday. I have to schedule it manually then fill in all the other Queue slots before I can go back and edit the post again. Ideally, I would click "Queue" and there would be a dropdown of the next 20 or 30 time slots in my Queue Settings.

ZOHO Social is not posting to Instagram

Wix Blog photos not showing as Post photo
I have a Wix based website, when I copy my blog links into Zoho, they photo attached to the blog does not show as the blog photo in the post. How can I fix this?

I have a silly question and I think I know the answer but I need to check since I am new to Zoho. When I do my reports for Facebook, the top 5 post are giving an engagement rate of 2-3 % but when I go in each post (post details and post stats), the number is entirely different, like 15 %! Just wanted to get a clear explanation before talking to my client!
IDEA: Schedule posts for every X days. Currently it's only weekly or monthly
Currently you can schedule weekly of monthly. It would be very beneficial to schedule every x number of days OR every X number of weeks. This might seem a bit more natural to people viewing the posts other then seeing the same post every Monday, etc...
Zoho Connections
Is there anyway for there to be more inforamtion beside the persons name so in grid form I could get a glance what action the different engagement had? As of right now I have to click everyone's name invideidually and it would save a lot of time to have more columns beside each name for if they "Liked" or "commented" that way I can manage engagement much more efficiently. Android phone: can't access images unless they are stored locally
The Zoho app on my Android phone has recently lost the ability to grab files that are NOT stored locally. To put it another way, I can't grab any photos or images stored in my OneDrive or google drives...! I have to first save them to my local folders on my phone so that I can use them. This happened some time between approx July 15 and Aug 15. My app has full permission to access storage, so what seems to be missing is a drop-down menu that allows me to go into deeper layers of storage, or any place

Zoho Social Report - Facebook Page Views via Internal Referrers?
Hello! I have been using Zoho Social reports and have discovered a report titled Facebook Page View via Internal referrers - and it shows how people have landed on our page. A huge source of page views is the category "Other" - does anyone know what is considered "Other" for internal referrers? Could this be Facebook Ads or something else? Any help is appreciated. Facebook leads error, doesnt work

Why Can't I see Can't see "Facebook Lead Gen" tab?
I have enabled all permissions on Facebook and Zoho Social and Zoho CRM but I still can't get the leads to come from my Facebook lead ad into the CRM. One problem is that I can't see the "Facebook Lead Gen" tab on the left side under "Calendar" after clicking on the "Posts" main navigation tab in Social. What am I missing? Thanks for any help.
Zoho Social forcing image resizing
We're currently unable to publish photos with our scheduled posts. We keep getting the error message "Please resize image to allowed size for (insert platform here)". But, the images are already the correct size as specified for each platform. Is this a bug, and if so, when will it be fixed? Due to this error we have to publish directly to each platform, instead of using Zoho Social.
Connecting Instagram
I'm having trouble connecting to instagram. Each time I log in, instagram is saying it's detecting an unauthorized login and requests a 6 digit code. When I put the code in, I'm directed to the my main instagram login page and it doesn't approve the Zoho Social app. Please advise.

When I create a post for Instagram via Zoho Social. The body copy layout is condensed once it reached Instagram. Does any one have suggestions on how to get the text version I create in Zoho to mirror the one that actually posts to Instagram. thank you
Unable to add .gifs to our social posts
When scheduling out our posts on facebook I am unable to add .gif file formats when I am trying to post to social from zoho social. When I add a .gif it posts to facebook as a static image and not a .gif. When will we be supporting .gif file formats?
Scheduled tweets not publishing on Twitter
Hi, Over the weekend I had an issue with scheduled tweets created in Zoho Social not being published. This error message appeared in Zoho Social. I've contacted Twitter and they said there was no issue with our account. Some scheduled tweets went out around the same time others were blocked. Why has this happeneded?
Inability to Post to Twitter
I just set up a Twitter presence and connected Zoho Social to the account. The setup is complete; however, whenever I go to post, I get an error that it cannot post and that I should wait for five minutes. It's been saying that for some time now. Cannot access all of my Facebook pages on Zoho Social
I am an admin on 5 pages on Facebook. Only 2 are visible on Zoho Social and it does not give me the option to choose the other necessary page. I am an admin on the page and the page is published. Any ideas how to remedy this soon? Thank you.
My IG keeps disconnecting, and I can't reconnect because our FB page is one I don't have access too.
This is a bit convoluted, but our Business's FB page is owned under our founders personal FB account...not a business account. Is this why our IG is constantly disconnecting? How do I get around this?

How far back can the reports cover. Under Reports I can see there's plenty of data and at the top there's a calendar. Say I started my Facebook in 2010. Can the reports reflect from present day all the way back to 2010 or is the information based on 30 day increments only going as far back as 4 months from present day?
Not generating thumbnails
I've been scheduling posts for a while now without issue but today when I went to schedule them for the week, it won't generate thumbnails anymore. Can anyone help with this?
Facebook shows "Posted by Zoho Social"
Hey guys, I think it is fairly new that it doesn't show posted by Zoho on all social media sites (linkedin, instagram, etc.) but it still shows that's where I post from on Facebook. Does anyone know if that is something that can be turned off?

Posts are Not Posting
I post to multiple different accounts on multiple different social media platforms and a lot of my posts are ending up in the unpublished posts section. It is never consistent as to what platform it could't publish on or what account could not publish. I was wondering how to fix this problem of the posts not posting. Clients reply on these posts to get posted and when they don't it is very frustrating.
