I use the Collaborate tab for content approval with Clients, and the interface on the Client's end is consistently buggy. Customise posts for social networks
I would like the ability to customise post text for each social network, but for them to be joined to the same post (for analytics purposes). Mostly this is due to Instagram it is more appropiate to add more hashtags than on other platforms where resharing functionality is built in.

Unable to upgrade from Zoho Social Free to Standard
I had the Standard version of Zoho Social this year. My subscription was about to expire and I needed to update my payment information. I updated the information, but kept getting an error message. So, I downgraded to a free account and then tried to upgrade again. I'm getting the same issue. Here is an image of the error message. What's the fix? Typo in your default text line
I just realized you have an actual typo when viewing Recent Post in Zoho Social. The input box below the post has default text that says "Typos are costly. Read before you commnet!" It should be "comment" and not "commnet". Surprised no one has caught that?

Posting at the Wrong Time
I have been scheduling posts using Zoho Social for a specific time (6pm). However the posts are not being posted to Facebook or Instagram until an hour past the designated time (7pm). When I look back into Zoho Social it shows it was posted at 6pm however in Facebook and Instagram it shows it was posted at 7pm. Instagram Business Profile doesn't support multiple images?
When I try to post more than one image on my Instagram Business account, I get the error message "Instagram Business Profile doesn't support multiple images." Hello, I have been trying all day to do a simple video upload. First I tried on my phone, and after that didn't work - I Googled the issue and realized that there is no support for uploading videos from mobile devices. So I tried to upload from my desktop via the desktop client. It looks as though the file is being uploaded, but every time the counter gets to 100%, I get the error: Uh oh. We couldn't attach that video. Please try again. I've tried using both Chrome and Mozilla - same result.
"Sorry" Message for Instagram Posts
About half the time I schedule FB and IG posts, they work in unison. The other half is where I get the message in my email, "Sorry, we couldn't publish on Instagram." Then it says that it did publish on Facebook. Why does this error happen for IG when there isn't a disconnect happening with the account? It's as if IG doesn't like Zoho or something. It's frustrating to schedule posts and then get denied. Could it be the size of the graphic? What are the dimensions and MB max? I always post a graphic
Handling mentions and conversations
The method of handling @mentions with Twitter appears to be very poor. Receive an @mention it only appears in the @Mentions column under Monitor. If we then reply there is no way to track if an @mention has been replied to or not. There must be a way to see all @mentions with no response. Need to be able to mark @mentions as viewed or replied to so that agents do not reply multiple times to the same @mention. Facebook visitor posts at least show that a response has been made with number of replies

Zoho Social does not let me share on instagram
Zoho social is working with all my other social networks except for Instagram. Every time, I post it appears the notification: "Instagram Page: Uh oh! This post couldn't be published. Please try publishing after some time." Would you pls help us. Thanks.

Instagram Direct Publish stop working!

IG Business Account Not Working
I had an upgraded account for a few months and was using my IG business account which i previously linked. My "free" time ran out and I switched to a paid subscription. Now my business IG not working and there's no way to re-link it. It acts as if my IG is a personal account and it is not. What do I need to do to reactivate please?

Basic Approvals
It would be cool if drafts could have an approval flag. Doesn't have to be a complecated thing. Just a place where a manager can mark a draft as approved or not. When making a comment on a draft, would also be more helpful to attach comments to the bottom of the draft dirctly rather than dump it into Collaborate.
Zoho social leads to CRM configuring issue

Clients Cannot Login
I've added my clients to their brand, and they are trying to login but it is saying that the account does not exist. Is there another way they are supposed to log in? Does it just take a certain amount of time for it to process into the system?
I am not getting the premium access my company paid for.

Google Plus Brand page now showing as available account
We have got a company we do work for, but we had to go through hell to sort out their Google My Business account. We have since created them a Brand page, but when we are logged into their account, and go to add their G+, it shows only their personal page, not the business one. Any ideas why?
