Portal Admin User Change and Merger
Hi, We are having issues with our social media posting and sharing information across roles. farmhousestudiomke@gmail.com is supposed to be the portal admin for zoho social. However, melissakonkolowski@gmail.com became the portal owner after farmhousestudiomke send an invite to join as an user. Now, farmhousestudiomke account is unable to see the posts that melissakonkolowski is making on the our social media. Can we make farmhousestudiomke@gmail the portal admin and melissakonkolowski@gmail.com

Repeating and already published post
Hi there I want to find out if there's any way to repeat a post that's already been published. I know you can do this when composing and scheduling a post, but I came across strange bug today, where I was trying to schedule multiple posts to go out this afternoon (at 4PM), but the moment I scheduled these to repeat on Wednesday for the next two weeks, it kept on changing the first publish date to this Wednesday. Collaborate/Discuss a Facebook message - doesn't link back to the message
I've clicked 'Discuss' on a Facebook message, which takes me to the 'Collaborate' page, but there's nothing on the Collaborate discussion to refer back to the message itself - just a link to the Facebook user's profile. Shouldn't their message - or a link back to it - be included when discussing via Collaborate?

My Instagram plug-in is not working. All of a sudden, with the last 4-5 posts, I am not getting the alerts that my Instagram post is ready to upload. I have followed all of the step meticulously and in my scheduled posts, see that it is going to post to Instagram but it never happens. Anyone have any insights?
Umm... there seems to be a problem
Hi! I am having the same problem that a previous poster had. When I click on my home or posts dashboard I get an error message at the top of the screen "Umm... there seems to be a problem" There is no more information, or way to click on the error. I have tried to log out and log back in, but still I get the error. The error is browser-independent, and happens on both Chrome and Safari. Should I use another solution? Thanks!

Facebook - liking and event
hi we're running an event and have people that have expresed interest in the event. We can contact them trough facebook messenger - but not through zoho social. We can only engage with people who message us and not like an event. Is there a way around this?
Editing scheduled post in Android deletes the photo.
Just edited my post that I originally created on Windows with Galaxy s7. I simply corrected some text and then after I saved it, the photo image disappeared.It had a rectangular photo placeholder in it's place. Then when I looked at it in chrome on Windows, the photo was deleted from the post.
bulk scheduling error
I keep getting error when I try to bulk schedule posts with csv We couldn’t schedule 37/38 posts you uploaded. Here’s why. You may stop the scheduled post from going live. Greetings, If I subscribe to the paid Standard version of ZSocial, can I integrate with the FREE version of Zoho CRM? The paid versions of CRM is more than I need, other than basic functions, so would only need the FREE one. Does the free CM integrate with the basic paid version of ZCampaigns? Can you add personal pages?
