Zoho social is working with all my other social networks except for Facebook. Everytime i post it appears the notification: "Facebook Page: Uh oh! This post couldn't be published. Please try publishing after some time." Please help.

Google+ API shutdown in Zoho Social
Hello everyone! With Google's announcement on shutting down Google+ and subsequently the Google+ APIs, we plan to discontinue Zoho Social's integration with Google+. What does this mean for a Zoho Social user? If you've already added Google+ Profiles and Pages to your Brands on Zoho Social, the Google+ functionality on these Brands will cease to function after 28 February, 2019. How to Change default owner for leads and assign owners as per logics defined in workflow rule
Currently all leads generated from Facebook lead forms are assigned to the person from who is the Admin on Zoho Social, however we want ownership of the lead to be given to person as per logics defined by us on Zoho CRM. Can anybody help on this.

LinkedIn Image Post Sizes, Company Profile vs Personal Profile
When I post a graphic to my own linkedIn profile (directly on linkedIn), I'm able to post a much larger graphic compared to a company profile page. Its approx 550px X 550px. When I use the same graphic and schedule the post on LinkedIn the image gets resized to a thumbnail with instead. Is there any way to remedy this? How to connect a Facebook Locations page to a Zoho Social brand?
Our Main Page on Facebook currently has 5 location pages beneath it which all represent a different Franchisee territory. Each of these locations has their own Instagram account as well. When trying to connect a Facebook location page to the Zoho brand, these pages do not show up in my list to be selected. I'm an admin of them all. Is there a different way to connect these pages?

Can't see mentions
I added Facebook and Instagram streams and I want to track all mentions. Is there a reason the Monitor tab shows "Shhh...it's quiet in here." In which tab do you have to be in to follow hashtags? I can't find that option. I'd also like to know why, when it worked, hashtag search only showed Instagram posts. How do I view both Facebook and Instagram?
Links from Most Engaged Connections to Facebook profiles broken
When I go to Connections > Most Engaged, I can see our conversation. However, when I click on the person's name, which is a link, I get a Facebook error page: "Sorry, this content isn't available right now. The link you followed may have expired, or the page may only be visible to an audience you're not in." However, when I do a search for that person, I do see their profile. Dear Zoho Team, I am excited to have found an easy to use plugin with Zoho Social to schedule Instagram posts. Everything works perfectly except one thing: I am using the mshot method to take automated browser screenshots of my website. These URL's get refreshed roughly every 48 hours. I am adding the ending .jpg to the URL in order to be able to upload them with the bulk scheduler as the bulk scheduler would not accept the mshots with their native URL. When I did a trial of Zoho I thought it allowed the Admin to approve posts made by users. But now that I paid my subscription I don't see that? I wanted my user to be able to post but not automatically, so I can approve what is posted. Is there a way to set this up? Thanks, Summer

Hi, My team is trying to use the connection with Instagram through Zoho Social . Zoho asks for the log in and redirects us to Facebook Business Manager but when we enter our password we are not able to connect because Zoho blocks the connection. Fb, Twitter and Linkedin integrations are working perfectly but Instagram doesn't seem to work properly. is there any way we can solve this? Thanks

LEAD/ CONTACT OWNER when ADD to CRM
When we convert the Contact in SOCIAL to CRM , it does not allow us to choose the LEAD / CONTACT owners , but most of time, it will automically assign the PORTAL ADMIN as owner. Am I missing anything in Setup or it works this way ? Is there a way to choose owner or at least the person whose chat or handle the Customer from Social Zoho should be the OWNER

Issue with repeating posts on the 29th / 30th / 31st
I have posts scheduled to repeat monthly. After setting everything up, I checked my calendar, and for months that have less than 31 days, the extra posts (29/30/31) are instead scheduled to all go live on the last day of the month. This isn't ideal as I don't want to spam my followers. If a repeating post is scheduled to repeat on a day that doesn't exist (eg the 31st) I'm happy for it to be discarded - how do I set this up? Unable to upgrade from Zoho Social Free to Standard
I had the Standard version of Zoho Social this year. My subscription was about to expire and I needed to update my payment information. I updated the information, but kept getting an error message. Typo in your default text line
I just realized you have an actual typo when viewing Recent Post in Zoho Social. The input box below the post has default text that says "Typos are costly. Read before you commnet!" It should be "comment" and not "commnet". Surprised no one has caught that?
