Hi I need to create and manage social media marketing- What can zoho social do for me? I have interviewed a person that can create a good facebook profile, help me to find leads on facebook. I understand that social media needs to be set up and maintained by posting, answering requests etc I use zoho crm Does it make sense to have a facebook expert create and look for leads there and also work with another person that can help me with other social media sites? Hi, what does the 'Your followers vs non-followers" metric measure in the Additional Stats tab for Twitter? I thought it represented the nature of the Twitter users who had had an impression of my tweets over the selected period of time. However, when I look at the absolute figures in the table expand, those figures don't match at all with the amount of followers I have. Also, are these unique or total figures? ie: Does it calculate one unique user that has seen any of my tweets over the selectedZoho Social Monitor facebook Visitor Posts not updating

Hi, I have just integrated my Zoho Social to my CRM, but I have a doubt about the value of creating leads automatically in Zoho Social from social media interactions. We have quite a few people each week who ask for info about our service in Facebook and many give us an email address in the message. However, other people may just like or comment on a post. If for example we automatically generate leads for people in our CRM when someone likes our page we only get a name. So far we've noticed that only the person who posted the update gets the notification to post on Instagram. We need everyone on our team to be able to see this notification and post based on availability. Is there any way we could solve this issue? Is this an update that could be implemented in the app? However, everytime I post something on the Collaborate section or comment to drafts, I can´t see them after they get published, however, the Portal admin can, and I can see them through the notifications area. When first setting up SOCIAL, I unchecked several pages that I have unrelated to the business which will be the primary account. It allowed me to add that 'brand' perfectly. Hi, I'm using Zoho Free Social Edition. When I schedule posts, the alerts arrive on my Android phone at the designated times. However, a couple of times now, when I've tried to open the alerts I've experienced failures. The first time, I got a prompt saying something like, "Sorry, Zoho has stopped working." Just now I got three alerts, and everytime I tried to open one, the Zoho app opened, but did not bring up the next screen that says, "Open Instagram." Hi there I want to find out if there's any way to repeat a post that's already been published. I know you can do this when composing and scheduling a post, but I came across strange bug today, where I was trying to schedule multiple posts to go out this afternoon (at 4PM), but the moment I scheduled these to repeat on Wednesday for the next two weeks, it kept on changing the first publish date to this Wednesday. The only way I could get around this was to untick the 'repeat post' check box - at whichCustom Audience when creating Posts
