Suggestion : to be able to pick one social network and see data only relating to that. Thus, I should be able to pick Twitter, for example, and work on my Twitter account without being distracted by other social networks.

Hi, I have only one marketplace connected and its facebook. When I go to schedule a post or even post in real time it throws this error message. That's an awesome post. But tell us where to publish! Hello Zoho Support I have problem with LinkedIn network in Zoho Social admin panel. Everything works like a charm but since yesterday I have seen message "Oops! ZOHO Social error - 'permission denied' error code
Hi, As users of Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns, we are keen to trial Zoho Social. However, when I go to set up a trial, the following error message appears: error: Permission denied. Facebook connected but no "friend" matches to my contacts
I've already authenticated but when I click on the Facebook icon, it brings up either no matches or matches of names of people who I don't know.
Links not working intermittently
Sometimes the Zurl links don't work and Quite a few times the bit.ly links don't work either. It makes me really hesitant to use it at all. Is anyone else finding this?

I just started a trial with Zoho Social and want to know if Zoho can import all data or not. It seems I only have messages, likes, comments, etc from September 2015 only. Is there a way to import the entirety of contact from my Facebook page?
Meme-Upload Issue

Analytics Refresh Time
Hi, Actually we are using the social tool. When we post something on the facebook page the tool does not reflect this information until we logged out on ZOHO Social. For example if somebody is a new fan in my Facebook page i cant see this new fan on my report on real time. How many time takes to refresh the information of the shares, comments, etc on ZOHO Social tool? Thanks a lot.
