Why did Zoho integrate with Tableau, as this is not best suited to survey analysis? It seems more suited to BI than survey analysis. Stastistical analysis of survey data requires very specific capabilities, such as significant difference calculations for proportions and means across cross-tab columns, banners, ability to handle multiple responses, RIM weighting etc. Far better options would be for example: For marketing research / consumer insight survey analysis: The Survey System, Q research, Marketsight,Dynamic survey response

Hi Zoho, please add a "N/A" option for all or many of the questions types. Currently only ranking question has this option, but this is needed for all types of survey questions. (star rating, choice, matrix choice...)Is there anyway to embed full HTML and JS that runs the my survey?

I'm sure everyone reading this has run into this problem once. You want to take input from a zoho survey and then save it in zoho creator. Heres a workaround that will do fine until they do official integration for the two products. Fully integrate zoho survey with Zoho CRM. After that you can create a form with lookup fields that pulls from fields in the Zoho CRM table that your survey was saved. Thereby you can save survey input into creator.Embed survey links in campaigns email templates but need a contact ID
I need to embed a custom survey link in my outgoing email marketing campaigns footers.all footers. These have several custom variables to identify the user, and I'm using merge tags there which is fine for them but in order to pull these responses back to the crm record I need a merge tag for the contact_ID and this is not an option in campaigns. Please advise on how I could achiecve this?
