I love using Vault and its a great product but, its missing autofill. Each time I have to fill in a form or use a credit card it takes time and lastpass offers a feature which solves this. I am sure the experts at Zoho could make an autofill which works even better then last pass. I use a lot of different credit cards and address so it would need to be easy to select right from the browser extention. https://www.lastpass.com/autofillOTP

Currently you allow sharing passwords with internal users, internal user groups, and third parties. The third party feature gives temporary access of 30 minutes and it does not have any sign up. What we really need is to properly share secrets/passwords (and ideally folders/chambers) with Zoho Vault users that are not part of our organisation - even if they are on the free plan. Hi. After months of using Vault I have a suggestion - there should be an option to show only matching secrets or favourites secrets after clicking on the extension. I have never needed to view all secrets after clicking on an extension so every time I have to switch to either favourites or matching secrets... The browser extension does not automatically populate any value in the username/password fields of a recognised site. If the current URL is stored in Zoho Vault, why not simply pre-fill the username and password of the last used item? LastPass does this. In fact, it does it intelligently - it pre-fills the last used item, and also if I click on the action icon it shows all the relevant passwords sorted chronologically by last used date time. Hi, We have recently started using Zoho Vault and absolutely love it! It is great to have our passwords stored & shared easily and it is even better to know that everything is stored securely. Zoho Vault browser extension for Chrome is a small menu accessed by clicking on the plug-in icon. This is useful, but what we really need is a full-page browser extension which works offline as well as online. LastPass has this. Search is slow, even in the new UI. I have to enter a search string and then hit enter to search for it. It seems to be sending a request to your server. Need instant search, to show results as I type characters. That can be done on the client side, no need to send the query to your server. - Online vault - LastPass has instant search. We have multiple entries for the same site. We want to put the same name for them. We can differentiate them based on the username, which is visible in the list view. We have a chamber for each client. In reality the secrets in there are the clients, not ours. Currently, we can't give clients access to those secrets. It would require a new Zoho One user, or to share 'with outsider' Neither of these options is what we want, because the client is not an employee, does not share our domain, and we don't want to restrict access to their secrets. The browser extension has limited features for Never Save (you can't directly add an entry). And these settings don't exist in the online vault. Need comprehensive online and offline settings to add/modify/delete turn-off of Zoho Vault on specific sites. On a recognised username or password field, when I click on the red Z icon, the browser extension shows the auto-fill menu. This menu design can be improved a lot. 1. There is way too much blank space. In the same space that Zoho Vault shows me two items, LastPass shows me four items. 2. Long names wrap onto the next line and get partially hidden because the Fill and Login icons are getting in the way. Quite annoying. What is the need of those icons? In the new UI of your online vault, in the Passwords page, the Folders appear on the left, and Passwords appear on the right. It would be great to also have a merged view which shows the folders inline with the passwords, and allow expanding and collapsing of individual folders or all folders with a single click.
