Is there a way to request a password?
We add customers info into the vaults and I wanted to see if we could do some sort of "file request" like how dropbox offers with files. It would be awesome if a customer could go to a link and input a "title, username, password, url" all securely and it then shows up in our team vault or something. Not sure if that is safe, but it's the best I can think of to be semi scalable and obviously better than sending emails. I am open to another idea, just thought this would be a great feature. Please consider adding the ability to nest chambers. I don't understand why almost every team password manager can't grasp that IT teams that store tons of passwords need to segment that via more than one level. For instance, first by Client, and then by location (one client might have 10 office locations and we maintain servers at each location). I have question about password age in policy. I tried to make the policy restricting to have numbers and special characters, without password age. But when I set the password age as blank, message said "Unable to process your request". And when I set 0 for password age, "Password age should not be less then 7 days.". I have just added my first "secret". While testing the security features i noticed that the "click to login" is just pasting the info into the fields. Problem is that i can easily go to the password manager in my browser and retrieve the passwords (after you save in keychain etc). We have been looking at some of the sharing aspects of ZoHo Vault. The sharing process works well in principle however there is not really much scope for delegating access to large sets of secrets across different user roles. That is, it is not very flexible. It would be useful to add the concept of configurable collections of users (roles or groups) and the user should be able to be a member of multiple roles/groups. Is there no way for an admin to see all Enterprise secrets and chambers? I was not expecting to be able to see personal secrets and chambers, but I was expecting to be able to see all enterprise ones.
