Basics: Adding a user
Yes, I know this is answered in your help files and elsewhere on the net, but I can't seem to add anybody to my Wiki. I went to Wiki>Settings>Users It always says No users were shared And there is no option to add users that I can see.how do I create collapse/expand sections in a wiki?
We need to support collapse/expand text sections (like "+" "-" on many web sites). We can do it with JavaScript - but Zoho wiki does not seem to allow it. Is there a widget we can use? If not can you create one? So, can we use Zoho for this?API for creating wiki pages, and setting permissions

I've just signed up. I looked at the "tour" and other info available, so I decided to give this a test drive. Hello, I created a wiki on ZOHO (it is great) under the address username.wiki.zoho.com. Then I created another wiki specific for a project at my job. The wiki has another address projectname.wiki.zoho.com. I want to move several pages from my first wiki to my project wiki. I have created a Zoho user for which I want just basic 'view' access for a particular workspace on my wiki. I have set that user up to have the permissions that I want as follows (I'm referring to the user 'greenidcustomer'): However, when I log in as this user, I still have the ability to edit, create, delete and comment on pages. In editing wiki pages, the line spacing tool does not work. I highlight the text, and choose the tool and select which spacing i want, but on some of my pages this has no effect on the line spacing. Please help.How to send an email to the registered users of my Wiki?

Dialog box functions normally but no page is actually created after entering details and hitting create button. No error message is generated. Tested on both of my wikis and attempted to add sub-pages to various existing pages. Able to create a new page, but also cannot add a sub-page to the new page. Attempted to add sub-page both via the Page Options pull down menu and the Add Sub Page button in the Navigate Pages area. As a work around I am able to move a newly created page to the needed positionStorage space limit reached but cannot upgrade

Hi, I am looking to display a list of a root pages sub pages within the content area. Basically the drop down portion of the navigation bar. At the moment I am linking to them manually, this makes cleaning up after I have moved a page or created a new page a little arduous. Is there a dynamically updating feature that I can use? I am testing out your wiki to see if it is something we would like to transfer our current wiki to. While playing around with it, I have created a list of questions and or issues that I would like addressed before we make a decision. I could find no way to move pages to a different section of the hierarchy. Allows you to "duplicate page to" but only appears to allow you to duplicate to root. Copy option seems to do the same thing. Have to delete and re-build the page where I want it. What isImporting Word Documents to the Wiki

Hi, whenever I try to attach an external stylesheet to my wiki via 'workspace' > 'settings' > 'customisation' the stylesheet is not picked up when the wiki is viewed in my browser(s). I did some digging using Chrome's browser development tools and noticed that the stylesheet is not getting loaded because of the following error: "Resource interpreted as stylesheet but transferred with MIME type text/plain" Seems to me this is something in the way the zoho server is serving this file... can someoneThis is probably not the site you are looking for!

Dear zWiki Team, In this URL (https://apihelp.wiki.zoho.com/Supported-Web-Browsers.html) a few browsers are generically mentioned with version number + whereas for IE it has been mentioned as 6, 7 and 8. Zoho Wiki doesn't have tabulator functionality. Formatting Wiki without tabulator makes the page unorganized and messy looking. This was in 2010 already the topic for Zoho Writer, then they got it solved there. So it should also be possible in Zoho Wiki. Do you have this tabulator / tabstop function in your roadmap? I would like to be able to automatically create wiki subpages while editing text in my wiki. Other systems allow for this by placing text wrapped in brackets [ ]. Would it be possible to change up the permissions a bit so that I could allow the public to view, comment on, and create new pages, but NOT to edit existing? The idea is to encourage collaboration and contribution, but to reassure folks that their stuff won't be trashed. There are some people out there that are really anti-Wiki because of things they've heard about wikipedia and the page fights that go on there. I tried it, and any time I disable edit, it disables create as well.Applying CSS
Hi, I have tried everything I can think of to apply a new/Custom CSS including simple ones, turning the background red as well as modifying the default http://wiki.zoho.com/_zoho/styles/dark/style.css. None of these CSS show up on the web pages. I use a wiki to teach languages. I was wondering if zoho would automatically link grammatical terms to a glossary defn. So...for instance, every time the word "noun" appears, the wiki would automatically link that term to another page that explains it.
