Thank you very much for making a great product. I truly enjoy the clear interface for the wiki editor. The themes look a bit plain to me, has the users of wiki uploaded the themes they created at some place?
I am unable to use the wiki pages on my web browser. I am even unable to post comments on the existing wiki pages. The details of the error are given below.

Non-administrators cannot export PDF of wiki in proper page order or hierarchy
Is there a way to export the wiki as a PDF which honors the hierarchy and page order, instead of dumping it by date last updated? Multi Language Wikis
Hello, I have the need to create a "Bilingual" wiki in which a same page topic exists in two languages (English and Spanish). This is something similar to the languages option in wikipedia where you only need to select the language that the topic is to be viewed in in order to change the language. Page order, hierarchy for storage and export
The ability to click on "Pages" and then to export them all to .pdf is really useful. However, it will be better if there was support for folders (perhaps aligned to sub-pages by default) or to order those pages. At the moment click several pages will export to a .pdf, but they are in the order of last revision, not a logical order according to the wiki site. cheers -james
Resizing image in wiki page?
This seems like it should be straightforward, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to shrink the display size of an image once I embed it in a wiki page. How am I supposed to do this? I'm using Safari if that's relevant.

Navigation link to export multiple wiki pages does not exist for non-administrators
When a user who is not an administrator wants to export multiple wiki pages, there is no navigation item for them to do so. See this forum post: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/printing-options-for-wiki#2266000000664853 Specifically, the forum post says: Multiple Pages: Click Wiki menu -> Click Pages -> Select Pages -> Click Export as PDF button. And the second step "Click Pages" is not an option.
Exporting multiple pages as PDF results in corrupt download, but Word export is fine
When a user selects all wiki pages for export (a total of about 100 pages, or about 800Kb of data), then clicks the PDF icon to export all pages as PDF, the resulting PDF is corrupt and cannot be opened by Preview or Adobe Reader. However the same selection can be exported to Word and opened successfully.
Printing Options for Wiki

we no longer can save wikis
The "save function" on our wiki stopped working since yesterday (including "save & close" function) on all browsers (safari/chrome/firefox). We are paying customers and would like to see this bug fixed asap. Thanks

I have had two invited users reporting that the invitation URL does not work. It starts http://localhost:8080/iam/register?servicename=ZohoWiki&serviceurl=http://wiki.zoho.com ... which to my untutored eye looks like an attempt to connect to a non-existent web server on the user's PC?????
'Add users' dialog hangs after hitting 'Add'
Twice now I have tried adding a list of users to a wiki and the system just hangs indefinitely.
All my wikis suddenly have the same shared user list
I have a problem since this morning. After creating a new wiki I went to add some members. But navigating through Setting, Users all I get is a listing of 'Shared users' whom I can individually remove. Moreover, this list now seems to be common to all my wikis. When I naively started removing those I didn't want in the new wiki (i.e. nearly all of them) I discovered that I was removing them from all my wikis - specifically, from the ones they are supposed to be members of. Ouch! What is happening?

Unable to rename wiki page
We are using Zoho Projects with Wiki. Recently, we found that "Manager" or "Employee" user is unable to rename default "Home Page". Rename option is missing in page actions menu. Only super admin can do this. Is this a bug or feature? I think that this option shold be available to any user, regardless of who is the author of the page.

Really like this wiki. But a problem: When a topic is selected in Nav pages, the tree auto adjusts itself - having trouble psyching out exactly what is happening but I think the peer trees collapse and the higher levels in the hierarchy disappear from the view. My users need be able to open and close sections of the nav hierarchy without everything else auto-closing - as in an outliner - so they can see where the topics are. Can this behavior be adjusted? Conflicting Behavior in Dynamic Page Title Edit
Zoho Team, Whilst entering the content of the page I chose to update the page title also suitably. I admired that when you double click it pops up a textbox along with Rename/Cancel. The natural expectation would be to implicitly save the page without reload but when I click the rename button it is expecting to reload the page triggering another unsaved content alert. Search is not working well
I create a new article with text "foo" i can save it and search and find the article When i edit the article and add "zoo" and save it I get no results when I search for "zoo" I have wiki pages a month old that can't be searched so it's not an issue with re-indexing (unless zoho indexes once on article creation and then every year or something bad) If I delete foo and zoo and then add in poo and save I can search and find the article with both poo and foo but not zoo Some funky bad indexing and caching
