WorkDrive is slow
Our company is running into significant speed issues. Folders take up to a minute to open, menus take 30 seconds before they appear, pages take a minute to open, etc. Are there plans to increase speed to make it more useable?WorkDrive TS will not run in Mac Mini 2020 - M1 Chip
I opened a ticket the first days of January, and it has been an absolute nightmare been able to get support to even acknowledge my error. After having followed all help and instructions from apple and Zoho found online, I reached out to Zoho support,Slow Workdrive Sync as well as online upload problems.
I have a large amount of files that I have trying to sync from my desktop and it is going painfully slow (150kb/s). I have a reasonably fast internet connection (I have tried different connections with the same issue). I have downloaded the latest desktop version (2.4.8) with out any luck, what else could it be? I also have been using the online version to upload different files which seems to run faster but I constantly get failed uploads and I have to keep hitting the retry button and eventually.zdoc files in WorkDrive
Hello, I recently moved from Zoho Docs to WorkDrive. Everything is working well except for Zoho Writer documents from Zoho Docs. All of these documents have the .zdoc extension, and are apparently not recognized by WorkDrive. Is there a way you could have WorkDrive automatically recognize these .zdoc files as Writer files, or convert them to a file that is compatible with WorkDrive? As is, there is no efficient way (that I know of) to convert these files to ones that are recognized by WorkDrive.Zoho Workdrive for Office, "vsto runtime not found"
Hi all, I have been trying to get ZohoWorkdrive_MS-addin_1.4.exe installed, but I keep getting the error "VSTO Runtime Not Found!" - even though I have installed it ... Anyone else hear had problems with the MS addin? FYI, I am using O365 on A Dell laptop running Win 10 Home - fully patched and up-to-date. I started using Zoho WorkDrive in October 2019, but cannot get the application to work on my Mac. The program prompts to login, but never completes. I've tried later versions of the client, and even upgraded to the latest MacOS release, but the problem persists. I've had Zoho support login twice now to replicate the problem and do some debugging. We have a problem deploying the ZohoWorkDrive.msi installation file for our windows users. It seems the app installs to the folder: c:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\ZohoWorkDrive and then places a shortcut to this path on the desktop for all users. So if we give say "Jane" admin rights to install it, then "Billy" logs in the shortcut on the desktop wont work as Billy has no access to Janes profile. 1. When I start a project, I create a folder in workdrive, and then share an external link with the client so he can upload files. My team and I are currently in the process of moving over all files into the Zoho Work Drive. However, we are running into issues where the files do not sync properly. first id like to say, we just started using WorkDrive yesterday and im a huge fan already.
